Cute & cozy 2bd/2bth home, heated spa, close to DART station, convenient!

This cute cottage sleeps six and has all the comforts of home! You will find it has high-end furnishings and feels like a true Vacation home with great pops of color! We've actually had several guests tell us it's the best vacation home they have ever stayed in as far as condition and amenities. The master bedroom is very large with one king bed and two twins (trundle). The secondary bedroom sleeps two with one queen bed. Each bedroom has a private bath with one bath having access through the hall, as well. Both baths have been beautifully remodeled. The kitchen boasts granite counter tops and stainless appliances. There are plenty of dishes, pot and pans, utensils and glasses. Also included in the kitchen is a blender, two coffee makers, a crock pot and toaster. It has all you will need! The thing that actually makes the home so quaint and gives the feel of a cottage are the plantation shutters, as well as the screened door leading to the fenced back patio (to contain little ones from the lap pool). The back patio overlooks the refreshing lap pool (heats like a spa, though not a hottub), as well as a large gazebo! The neighborhood is extremely quiet and has huge trees throughout, as well as a couple of lovely lakes. It's a wonderful place to just walk and enjoy nature. This home is a true gem, and we are confident you will enjoy your stay as many others have! Not only that...it's super convenient to major highways...George Bush and Central Expressway. Interstate 30 is approximately a 10-15 minute drive and Dallas North Tollway is about a 10-15 minute drive in the opposite direction, as well! Just be sure to take a look at the reviews for honest opinions of the property!

This is an absolutely amazing property. Very cozy, packed with extra amenities and super clean! Also the neighborhood is very quiet and the location is close to everything Dallas and the surrounding area has to offer. My communication with the owner was great she is very responsive and very kind. We look forward to our next stay!

Getaway to Dallas Area

We had a great stay here. The house was very clean and well located. The pool was perfect size and the house provided shade over the pool for several hours of the day to provide relief from the summer heat. The neighborhood also felt very safe. Overall, we really enjoyed everything about this property!

Great location!

This house was located in a great location. Near a park and plenty of restaurants around. Very clean and nice place to stay. The kitchen was very well stocked which isn’t the least the case in rentals like this. The hot tub is a great feature as well. I will definitely stay here again!

Excellent choice!!

My friends and I truly enjoyed our 3 night stay at your well appointed home! The beds and pillows were super comfy! We really enjoyed lounging in the well shaded pool in the evening, the great selection of coffees in the morning and yummy chocolate chip cookies! The attention to detail was greatly appreciated!

Great Stay!

We booked this house specifically so we could relax for an entire weekend. We were able to do just that. Sharon and her husband are amazing, and were very accommodating. They are very sincere in wanting to make sure that you enjoy every aspect of your stay. I will definitely be staying here again.

The house is beautiful and very clean. Very spacious for our family of 4. Great lap pool/spa!

We wanted a little getaway for the 4th of July and this was the perfect house! Sharon was so kind, easy to reach and quick to respond. The house is beautifully decorated but very comfortable. The lap pool/spa was perfect for the hot days. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone. We loved our stay!!!

Relaxing Week

We had a great stay here. Small heated backyard pool made it perfect as March temps would have been a little cold for swimming. Great response time from the owner (had one dumb question). Thanks for letting us stay in your home. Would do it again!

Generously appointed right- sized home in quiet neighborhood. Convenient to major roads. Outdoor space and pool were just enough to make the Texas heat fun. Enjoyed our stay and would return for an encore!

2-bed, 2-bath Cottage is just the right size

This 2-bed, 2-bath Cottage is just the right size for a couple, and we were able to have our Dallas family join us for dinner one night because the dining room seats six. The location is great, too: Jupiter and Renner seemed to take us wherever we needed to go. The house felt like "home" immediately.

Perfectly-sized spa retreat

My friend & I loved our 4-night stay in this lovely, quiet garden home. It’s the perfect size for 4 adults or families with small children. Close to everything one wants or needs in Richardson, N Garland, Plano, Murphy/Wylie & near major highways to traverse DFW metroplex. The refreshing pool is nice for hot Texas summers, & jet tub in master bathroom was therapeutic after a long day of traveling hither & fro around Dallas. I would’ve given it 5 stars, if not for a minor issue. We were unable to utilize the gazebo without cleaning it ourselves. Not possible given our itinerary. I definitely want to stay at this lovely home again. Well done!!! 2 thumbs up!!

We started out as empty nesters a few years back with one other vacation rental in downtown Plano. We had so much fun talking to people and sharing our home, that we decided to launch home number "2" this year. My husband, Sam, is retired after 31 years at Raytheon and I'm a residential appraiser, as well as a local real estate agent. We have two grown sons that are both married and the "cutest" grandson EVER!

I walked in the door to list this property for the lady that owned it, and it just "grabbed" me and reeled me in! It's just a really cute home...and I do mean cottage like cute. That day, as I left there I asked if I could bring my husband back to see it before we listed it, fully expecting him to tell me I was crazy. HA! However, he walked in and apparently it "grabbed" him, as well, because he turned to me and said "let's do it". That's how we became the proud owners. We had no clue we were even looking for another home, but it just seemed right. HA!

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

We both loved the fact it had plantation shutters everywhere and also the fact that there is a small greenbelt behind the property. The property feels very private, both in the front and back yards. We just fell in love with it and could see the potential of a relaxing vacation home...or possibly a home to downsize to one day!
