The open-concept living area features a cozy living room, a large flat-screen TV (Each flat-screen TV is Roku enabled for you to sign-in to your own personal streaming services), and plenty of seating for everyone to relax and unwind. The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for cooking up a hearty meal after a day of exploring the surrounding area.

But the real highlight of this cabin is the 5 bedrooms, each featuring a luxurious king-sized bed. The bedrooms offer plenty of space for couples or individuals to spread out and relax in comfort. Quiet Policy: Parties, loud noise and unruly behavior are absolutely prohibited, and guests are expected to respect the neighbors and the peace this mountain area affords.

Pets: Many of our guests have allergies so we have maintained a strict & no exceptions pet-free environment so they can enjoy their vacation without the potential of an allergic reaction. If you have a pet we can recommend some boarding services nearby. All pets/animals are strictly prohibited on the premises at all times.

There is a welcome binder on the entry table by the couch with additional information.

Basic Rules: Please be respectful and leave the property as you found it.
- Strict No-Animal Policy – Owner has severe allergies. Service animal requests considered case-by-case with medical documentation. Contact before booking.
- No parties or loud noises in the cabin or grounds, which may disturb our neighbors. Neighborhood quiet time is after 10 pm.
- This is Not a Party House/Space. -- NO Parties or Events of any kind allowed.
- No more than 10 guests permitted. Guest(s) is required to obey Maximum Occupancy limits at all times. Only booked/registered guests are permitted on premises. No visitors of any kind are allowed.
- No smoking, vaping, or e-cigarettes allowed in cabin, on the porch/deck, or property grounds. An additional $250 fee will be imposed for smoking in/on the premises.
- No commercial photography and/or filming allowed.
- Parking allowed for up to 4 vehicles.
- Any violation regarding illegal/misuse of the property such as but not limited to – parties, events, occupancy, smoking, vaping, e-cigarettes, pets/animals, and/or any other illegal/misuse of property will result in immediate eviction with no refund.
- Please supervise children inside and outside the property. There are many steep and uneven areas outside as well as wildlife.
- We have a septic system, so nothing aside from Toilet Paper may be flushed, this includes all wipes (flushable or not) and sanitary items, and nothing but liquid should go down the drains.
- Please do not open or leave open any of the exterior windows. (Windows do not have screens.)
- Additional cleaning fee at a minimum of $300 will be charged for any vomit or excessive cleaning.
- Guests are responsible for all damages to the property during their stay. Damage costs will be charged to the payment method on file. This includes broken items, stains, missing items, or any damage beyond normal wear and tear.
- Locked pantries and closets are reserved for the use of the Property Owner and are not accessible to Guests.
- Rearranging furniture or removing any items from the Property is prohibited.
- The Cabin is in a rural area - Bears, Coyotes, Turkey, and other wild animals are actively seen in the area. Do Not leave ANY food or scented items in your car or outside as Bears have a keen sense of smell and have been known to break into cars in search of food.
-Potential for noise - The cabin is located off the main road on Cane Creek which may cause potential road noise.
- Kindly take shoes off inside - a shoe shelf is provided inside by the door.

Other info:
Security cameras are in place in the exterior areas of the cabin. Cameras make short recordings when activated by motion sensor. They are there strictly for monitoring the property when vacant.

CHECK-IN INSTRUCTION: Check-in is any time after 4pm. Entry code to access the property will be sent on check-in date at least one hour before check-in time.

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTION: Check-out is at 10 am. No exceptions.
If time permits:
- Please make sure the dishwasher is loaded with all dishes and started prior to departing.
- Strip the beds that were used and put the sheets and used towels in the laundry room. If time permits, please start the first load of laundry. Cleaning personnel will finish all remaining laundry.
- Please leave any furniture and decor in its original location (inside and outside).
- Place all trash and recycling in the outside garbage bins - all garbage should be bagged.
- Please leave all doors and windows locked upon departure.
- Please leave outdoor porch lights on for front & side porch, back deck, and basement porch.
