This cozy vacation home is nestled between the beach and the intercoastal waters! Don't miss out on this 3-bedroom 2-bathroom home that sleeps up to 7 guests and has all you need for a perfect vacation!
Kitchen: The kitchen is well equipped with a refrigerator and freezer drawer, a stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, a Keurig maker, a toaster, and 4 stools at the breakfast bar. Basic dishes and utensils are provided. Basic spices, cooking oil, and coffee filters and/or pods are not always available.
Dining Area: The dining room table seats 4 guests in chairs and 2 on a bench, and a TV.
Living Room: The living room has a comfy sofa, sitting chairs, 2 ceiling fans, coffee and end tables, and a large wall-mounted TV.
Bedroom #1: The master bedroom has a King-size bed, a large TV, an ensuite bathroom, and sliding glass doors leading out to the back porch.
Bathroom #1 (En-suite): Has a shower/tub combination and a single vanity.
Bedroom #2: Also has a King-size bed, 2 closets, a desk, a large TV, and a ceiling fan.
Bathroom #2: Has a tub/shower combo and a vanity.
Bedroom #3: Has a bunk bed featuring a single on the top and a full size on the bottom, bean bag chairs, a closet, and TV.
Garage: Has a full-size washer and dryer and beach equipment including beach chairs, a beach wagon, and a beach umbrella.

Important Information
House Rules:
1. No smoking/vaping in the unit. No illegal substances on the premises.
2. No parties or events.
3. No pets. Please notify management of any service animals.
4. You are vacationing in a residential area, please be mindful of noise during all hours. Quiet hours start at 10pm and you must adhere to local noise ordinance.
Renting Requirement Policy: The guest booking the reservation must occupy the unit for the duration of the stay and is required to be 25 years of age minimum. Adults may not rent a unit for anyone under the age of 25, they must be actively present at the rental unit.
Maximum Guest Occupancy Policy: Adherence to occupancy policies and limits is strictly enforced. The guest count may not exceed the maximum guest occupancy at any point in time, including any pre-approved day guests. These policies are in place for your safety and the protection of the vacation home and the vacation rental industry. Violation of these policies may result in immediate eviction with complete forfeiture of all monies paid. Please contact management to request a pre-approval for any day guests. Additional guests that will exceed the maximum occupancy will automatically be denied.
Pool Heating: When the pool heater is turned on, the temperature is typically set to 85 degrees unless otherwise stated in the listing. This is an electric pool heater, so please note that when outside temperatures reach 60 degrees or lower, a pool heater cannot always heat the pool completely to temperature. By booking this property, you understand that pool temperatures cannot be guaranteed when outside temperatures are too cold.
Toiletries: Guests should bring their own toiletries, dishwasher pods, and laundry pods. Each unit will have two rolls of toilet tissue per bathroom, soap for every sink, a trash bag, and at least one roll of paper towels in the kitchen. 2 dishwasher pods and 2 laundry pods are also provided if applicable to the rental. We provide one set of bath towels per guest. For guest convenience, we also provide beach towels. All linens are provided.
Parking: This property provides 2 parking spaces. Grass and street parking are NOT permitted.

The local area and towns have plenty to do during your stay such as local eateries, shopping, watersports, miniature golf, Splash Harbour Waterpark, bowling, laser tag, and trampoline park. The surrounding local area has some great day trips: Florida Botanical Gardens in Largo featuring holiday lights late Nov-Jan,1st, John's Pass Village and Boardwalk, Tampa Lowry Zoo, Florida Aquarium, Clearwater Aquarium, Sunken Gardens, Dinosaur World, Ellenton Outlet Malls, Children's Museums, enjoy a Tampa Bay Ray's game at Tropicana Field, a Buccaneers Football game in Tampa, or check out some of the pro baseball teams during their local Spring Training, also Disney World and downtown Disney is just two hours away.
