Mesquite Retreat with great patio, pool, and putting green!

Mesquite Business License # 991874. We are delighted to welcome you to our Mesquite Retreat. This is our family vacation home, and we hope that you enjoy it and respect it as much as we do. Please make yourself at home. If you have any issues at all we are just a text away. We hope you have an amazing stay! 4 bedroom (2 masters) 3 bathrooms, 2 workstations, large kitchen, roomy family room with sectional (room for additional air mattress), pantry, huge dining table - perfect for game nights. Exit the sliding glass door to the large covered patio, outdoor grill, huge pool with 4 built in barstools, putting green, and lots of outdoor seating room. ***THERE IS NO HOT TUB***
. **It is incredibly difficult to heat the pool between November & March due to the low air temp & size of our pool. We will not be heating the pool during these months because it is simply cannot get warm enough for guests to enjoy.

All other months, Pool can be heated UPON REQUEST ONLY for $75 per night. And depended on overnight temps.

The kitchen is fully loaded with everything you need to make your stay comfortable. Additional appliances in the pantry. We provide you with a nespresso machine and 1 sleeve of coffee pods.

*PLEASE NOTE there is no access permitted to the garage, this is where we store our personal belongings. If for any reason you need access to the garage, please let us know and we can discuss a possible agreement for you to have access for an additional fee & additional waiver & deposit.
The master closet is locked, this is where we store our personal belongings, you will not have access to this closet. Pool towels are provided and will be stored in the laundry room. The back doors have powered blinds, please do not misplace the remote! There will be an extra charge of $60 if any of the remotes are lost or broken.
