The completely walled compound is for your privacy, the lovely setting features an optional heated pool and spa, lounge chairs, conversational seating, fire pit, mountain views, cabana style daybed, large propane bbq grill, al fresco dining, and two hammocks.

The best part is the truly spectacular desert renderings you'll find inside the house - your photo opportunity awaits! It has all the amenities you want on vacation - it's the perfect place for living the Palm Springs Lifestyle!

Each of the three dedicated bedrooms feature a hotel-quality mattress, smart televisions, ceiling fans, and ample storage. The Primary Suite has a King bed and an en-suite bath with direct access out to the pool. The two dedicated guest rooms are located outside the Primary and share the hand painted hallway bathroom.

The newly remodeled living room and kitchen will provide you and your guests with ample space for entertaining – and the newly tiled fireplace is a great addition for those cooler nights. The kitchen has been stocked with everything you should need to prepare a quick snack, or perhaps a feast for all to enjoy.

Perfectly situated at the end of a quiet Palm Springs Cul De Sac. This Hugh Kaptur-designed, Desert Dorado home, is in the Vista Norte neighborhood. Curb appeal abounds here as you approach the home. Smooth coated stucco, fresh paint, and the modern garage door all offer the perfect amount of pop for this desert abode. You'll be a just a short 2.3 mile drive from downtown Palm Springs and all the restaurants, shops, boutiques, galleries, the casino, convention center, cabarets, and all the fun of Palm Canyon Drive! Grocery stores, casual restaurants, coffee places and other neighborhood conveniences are all very close by.

In order to maintain the highest quality of our homes and the peace and quiet of our neighborhoods, all guests must adhere to the city and house rules. The city prohibits music and loud noise. The city strictly enforces these rules and prohibits parties, events, music, street parking, and disruptive guests. No music is allowed at any time. Quiet hours are between 9:00pm and 10:00am and guests are asked to be inside and mindful of neighbors. Overnight guests shall not exceed the property's posted occupancy.

Optional pool and spa heat is available at an additional cost of $99 nightly or $594 weekly. Pool and spa heat is recommended October thru May. For this, we will preheat your pool and ensure it is heated upon your arrival to a comfortable 86 degrees. Additionally, you will have access to heat the spa to 102 degrees. Spa heat only is available at $25 nightly. (During hot summer months, spa heat only can be enabled at no additional charge. These months include July, August, September)
