The Space:

This luxury villa is the perfect place for a group vacation with family and friends. With 4 spacious bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms, there is plenty of room for up to 8 people to spread out and relax. The villa also offers multiple lounging areas and a large dining table that can seat 8. And let's not forget the breathtaking infinity pool that overlooks the stunning landscape of Playa Flamingo.



The open living space in this home is designed to be both functional and luxurious with its floor-to-ceiling glass doors that allow for natural light to flood in. The oversized chef's kitchen is equipped with all the necessary cookware and modern appliances, making meal preparation a breeze. The main living area also features a comfortable and stylish plush sectional, a large flat-screen TV, and a dining table that can seat up to 4 people.



The principal king-size bedroom, located on the main floor, offers astonishing ocean views, and has direct access to the infinity pool and patio. Its ensuite bathroom features double vanities, and a sleek, walk-in shower. Across the hall from this king-size suite, a private flex room serves as an office or studio.



Downstairs, three additional bedrooms have their own outdoor entrance and shared terrace with tropical garden. The king-size bedroom, the queen-size bedroom, and the queen-size bedroom with single twin bunk all have their own ensuite bathrooms with spa-like fixtures.

The ocean views are stunning and right within the community you’ll have access to the neighborhood restaurant, tennis and pickleball courts, hiking trails, a fitness center, and a clubhouse with an infinity pool. It should be noted that the tennis, pickleball and fitness center come with an additional cost.



Getting Around:

• 1 hour to Liberia International Airport (LIR)

• 30 minutes to Tamarindo Commuter Airport (TNO)

This villa includes one designated parking space and one additional visitor parking spot.



As part of our standard booking process, guests are asked to choose between a $50 non-refundable damage waiver or a refundable $1,000 security deposit hold, released 5 days after check-out, provided there is no damage.
