The Space:
This 4-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom home is fully equipped with all kitchen essentials and includes toiletries such as shampoo and conditioner. Each bedroom features an ensuite bathroom and either a balcony or direct access to the patio with majestic views of Playa Potrero.

The home is located in a secure gated community that sits on a small peninsula formed by the Pacific Ocean and a tranquil estuary flowing from the inland rainforest. Take just a few steps out of the home and find yourself on one of the most beautiful and pristine volcanic beaches in Guanacaste Province. This protected strand is sheltered from larger waves, making it perfect for young children and relaxing swims in crystal clear waters. If you’re looking to catch some waves, the home is located a short drive from several world-famous surf breaks, as well.

The home is conveniently located near the Flamingo Resort, which offers recreation and spa facilities and can also accommodate boats in its marina. Several other resorts are located within a short drive of the home.

Your concierge is included with your stay and can arrange transport to the home from the airport, as well as find and schedule activities for your group. We can even hire an in-home masseuse or a professionally trained chef for a special night in.
