MAIN FLOOR: The living room offers great space for family gatherings, a 50" flat screen TV with access to cable and Netflix. A fully equipped kitchen to include a Keurig coffee machine, cookware, dishes/utensils, dishwasher, microwave, conventional toaster oven, full size fridge and more. The kitchen has a walkout door that leads to private driveway and outdoor patio area with a fire pit which is for guest use only. The dining room table offers seating for 6 guests but can be easily extended to fit the entire family/group. The main level of the home offers a sunroom that includes a twin size bed that converts into a king size bed or can simply be kept as twin daybed with an additional twin trundle bed. Board games such as Jenga, Monopoly, Connect Four and more are also included in this room for a fun simple night in, with family and friends. Guests also have access to a full bathroom with a shower on this floor which includes all main toiletries and fresh towels/washcloths.

UPSTAIRS: There are two bedrooms and a loft/office area. The master bedroom includes a queen size bed, a 42" flat screen TV w/Netflix, a full body mirror and full closet. The secondary bedroom includes a queen size bed, a dresser, full body mirror and a large closet. The separate loft area is perfect for smaller family gatherings and/or even some separate alone time. The loft/office comes equipped with a 36" flat screen TV (Netflix), has a private desk area to use as a work station and includes a full size sofa sleeper to accommodate additional guests, if needed. All upstairs rooms share a full size bathroom fully stocked with shampoo/conditioner, body wash, hair dryer and fresh towels/washcloths for all guests.

BASEMENT: The basement is it's own private and separate area with it's entrance located around the back of the home. It comes with a large living room with a large sectional for large family gatherings or a fun family movie night on the 65" flat screen TV. Bypass a movie and enjoy a friendly competitive ping pong match with our ping pong table! There is also a bedroom located in the basement which include a queen size bed and full size closet. Guests staying or enjoying the basement have their own full size bathroom w/shower. Again, please note, there are no stairs within the home to access the basement. Guests must enter through separate entrance around back of home.

PARKING: The home has it's very own private driveway that can easily accommodate a couple vehicles. Additional free parking can be located directly on the street in front of the home but is on a first come, first serve basis and although usually available, not guaranteed.

Other amenities such as an iron/ironing board, high chair and playpen are available in the home and free of cost/use, if needed.

The entire home is for Airbnb guest use, to include the outdoor patio/fire pit area.

Please also note the property does require stairs to access.

Less than a 5 minute walk to Courthouse Metro, the Courthouse neighborhood boasts an array of restaurants, pubs and lounges, a movie theater and hotels. Within walking distance of Clarendon and just up the hill from Rosslyn and D.C.’s Georgetown, Courthouse also offers unique shopping opportunities. On Saturdays, visitors can stroll through the Arlington Farmers Market and Arlington Urban Village Market for fantastic locally produced foods and a variety of crafts and antiques.
