Established on Nov 1, 2022, an upon purchase updated our little slice of paradise. We would like to extend a personal invite for you to reserve your spot in our charming and cozy beach get away. We are located at the Emerald Beach Resort centrally located at 14701 Front Beach Road, on the renown PCB strip. Just minutes to Pier Park, local establishments, and other popular attractions. If you are coming by plane we are less than a 30 minute commute, and also GPS friendly for those renting a vehicle or utilizing Uber as your form of transportation. Condo has been freshly painted from top to bottom, featuring NEW AC UNIT installed 2024, all appliances replaced in 2021, 58 inch smart TV, lighting, shower door, patio furniture, and new furnishings throughout. New Washer/Dryer in unit in 2023. Unit is conveniently located just off the elevator, located on the 19th floor. Striking views of daily marine life, sandy white beaches. along with majestic sunsets along this striking coastline, also known as the Emerald Coast.

For those who prefer to dine in please enjoy your fully equipped kitchen featuring white custom cabinetry, granite counter tops, SS appliances, with breakfast bar that seats four, along with a table, and additional four chairs. Both bathrooms provide two deep soaker tubs, along with stand up shower in Master Bath. Bunk Beds are provided and make for the ideal spot for our smaller guest, along with pull out sofa. Spacious balcony provides ample seating, and makes for the most peaceful spot while relaxing to the sounds of the ocean. Unit also includes a stackable Washer/Dryer for your convenience with beach towels provided for your day on the beach or pool. Community offers 3 pools, one ocean side, with hot tub, and the remaining two in different location of the property that are more family oriented, with play area for all ages. State of the art workout room, for the daily grind, along with retail shop, and Starbucks all await you for your morning cup of Joe. Skywalk has striking views of the gulf along with a full service bar, and nightly activities. For those looking for a quick bite to eat, or some delicious ice-cream, don't miss out on the quaint café area located just outside of the skywalk area. Escalators, and elevators are also available to navigate you throughout the community.
