This is an excellent location at an affordable price! Intimate & efficient space. Only a 2 min drive/10 min walk to downtown & National Park hike & bike trails. Safe area. Great Wifi. Two miles to racetrack & casino. You can’t beat this location!

*Pets welcome w/ $50 fee. Message host w/ pet description - please keep pets off beds/other furniture.

Driveway is shared with the Main House next door (also a rental of ours). This is a separate rental, but please be courteous of parking spots. Choose a designated parking spot, please don't block in vehicles you don't know.

Two homes on same property mean yard may be shared with other guests. Back yard is not fenced.

BRINGING YOUR DOG? We welcome dogs with the following rules:

*$50 pet fee (non-refundable) must be paid prior to check-in
*Host must be messaged in advance about bringing a dog
*Dogs should be fully potty-trained and friendly
*Dogs that utilize pee pads NOT allowed
*Dogs are not allowed on beds or other furniture
*Dogs must be supervised at all times or crated in a room if left alone
*Any dog that becomes disruptive will need to be removed immediately
*You will be charged for any damage caused by pets
