Incredible deal: Oct 4 to 11 : min stay 4 nights at $150 per night, plus cleaning and tax.

One of few Pointed units ( meaning ocean view from entire living space ) at Topsail Dunes overlooks the beach and the pool. It is located right next to the beach and pool access. There are no stairs to climb with a walk up ramp leading to the front door! Guests are able to enjoy watching sunrise and sunset over the ocean from the entire living area (ceiling to floor glass windows in living and dining areas). The unit has tiled floor in the living and dining area. The unit has a wrapped around balcony facing the ocean and a screened porch at the sound side (ideal for bikes, beach chairs and surf boards).

Master bedroom has a king bed, and second bedroom has a queen bed, the third bedroom has two twin-size beds. Kitchen is fully stocked with necessary cooking utensils. There are three TVs (living, king and queen bedroom), a DVD player, and some movies, books and games.

Topsail Island is known for its quieter, uncrowded white sand beaches. Within a few miles there are restaurants, amusements (Jungle land miniature golf, bumper boats, and go carts), shops, grocery, gas station, library, and post office. Any water activity you can name will be found locally. The North Shore Country Club golf course is just a few minutes away. Fishing is available nearby.

Property exactly as described. Dated, yet exceptionally clean. Mei was a great host and the view was amazing even though the weather was poor the first 5 days. The 2 remaining days of beautiful weather made up for the gray and rainy ones. We enjoyed thrifting in nearby Hampstead! We would choose this property again. You cannot beat the location.

The kitchen was pretty well stocked. We use an airfyer A LOT, so I brought my own, and it was worth it. There wasn't one. The Keurig coffe maker was a joke. Tiny hole for a cup and I wasn't digging around for a small enough mug, so I ended up buying ground coffee and making it by the pot. None of the bedrooms had water views, but the living room, kitchen and dining room views were amazing, as reviews had stated!! The balcony/porch was our favorite spot after walking the beach all day and combing it for "treasures". It was awesome to sit every morning with my Bible and a cup of coffee, and watch the sun rise high into the sky!!!!!! At the end of the week, we didn't want to leave!!

WOW- what a WONDERFUL time we had in this VRBO! Mei was such an accommodating host- everything we needed, every question we asked was responded to immediately. The view from her property is breathtaking. Beautiful N. Topsail Beach filled every window in the Kitchen, Dining & Living Rooms! The beds were 'very' comfortable and the entire condo was spotless when we arrived. I'm adding a photo taken from the deck of this condo which is literally 'on the beach', haha! We loved staying here and look forward to returning in 2026! Thank You so much Mei!

Our family loves Topsail. This was our 3rd time staying in topsail dunes, but our first time in Meis unit. It was wonderful and we will definitely stay again! You cannot beat the location to the pool and beach, especially with kids. The screened in porch was a wonderful feature and there was odd and end beach items left behind to use such as chairs, some toys and ect. The overall community of Topsail dunes is just pleasant, and we can’t wait to return! Mei was a great host!
Looking out the patio window, the beach is literally right there!
Always a clean beach, and great waves for boogie boards!

Tropical Storm Debby arrived during our time at the beach, but the proximity of the Condo made it easy to take advantage of the clear sunny weather when we had it! We felt safe and comfortable in this extraordinary unit!

Perfect location for a stay on the beach

Great condo location on the beach, right next to pool. Older condo, but clean with everything you could need. No linens but lots of other amenities. We were steps from the beach and pool. Went 10minutes down the road to surf city if we wanted to shop and go out to eat. Plenty of bars close by if you want to go out and drink or karaoke. Loved this beach!!

Wonderful Experience

Our family really enjoyed our stay! The beach and pool access was so convenient. The condo was clean and supplied with all the needed essentials. Such a beautiful view right on the water. Mei was very responsive and always pleasant - a top notch host!

Perfect for multi- generational vacation

I brought my 86 year old mother to visit with my daughter and her family, including a 2 year old toddler. The access, layout and comfort of Mei’s condo was perfect for the large age span and variety of needs. We were right next to the beach access and could run out to the beach with my granddaughter anytime with ease. My mother was able to comfortably access the condo via the ramp. The screened entrance was so useful for beach equipment. The balcony was right on the water and we watched sunsets, sunrises and one spectacular moon rise in comfortable, easy access seating. We had a wonderful time and Mei was a responsive and thoughtful hostess!

Awesome experience

Our stay was great. The rooms were perfect. Access to beach and pool were fantastic. Very relaxing stay as the beach was not crowded and people were very friendly. Kids enjoyed the pool and hunting ghost crabs on the beach. We definitely will be back.

Absolutely perfect!!

I cannot say enough good things about our stay. The condo was perfect, clean, comfortable and best of all, the location made getting to the beach and the pool so easy. The view from the balcony was incredible and we spent a lot of mornings and evenings there. This is definitely a property we will book again and have already recommended it to friends and family!!

Perfect Family Vacation

We had the most amazing time staying in this home! Mei was so incredibly helpful, prompt on communication and quick to respond. She was kind enough to even reach out on the day of arrival because the condo was available earlier. This home is just as beautiful as the pictures. You will not find a better view of the ocean. I enjoyed so many sunrises and sunsets from the balcony. The beaches were not crowded and with 3 kids (8,6 & 4) being right on the beach was ideal. 1st Floor made loading and unloading the car a breeze. The condo is also very primely located right next to the pool. Condo was very clean and cozy, well stocked with frequently used items to get us started before having time to grocery shop too! We will be back!

[perfect vacation

there were 5 adults and the condo was perfect. So close to the beach and the pool. The views were amazing. Went into Surf City one day and had lunch and did the escape room. That was the only time we left. If you want a quiet location this condo delivers. Plenty of room for everyone to sit and relax. Loved it
