Welcome to Salt Therapy!!

Location is the key here. Only 1/2 mile to the beach and 1/2 mile to the pier, village and St Simons Lighthouse area. In just a few minutes you can be in the middle of all the action in the village. When you are looking for peace and quiet your accommodations are just far enough away for you to enjoy your solitude.

Salt Therapy is a unique studio configuration that can sleep 4. There is a small bunk room off to the left when you enter. You will be facing a kitchen that has both dorm-sized and full-sized refrigerators. The kitchen has a two burner cook-top and microwave that can take care of most meals. A large bathroom with walk-in shower and separate jetted tub is to your right. Next, is a large living room with a queen bed and comfortable couch. Enjoy watching all of your binge favorites on the large TV.

If you prefer the outdoors, there is nice balcony with tables, chairs and a loveseat. Perfect for morning coffee or afternoon cocktails. Perfect for a family with a couple of children.

Other amenities include Wi-Fi, washer/dryer, plus an on-site pool. The complex is located just around the corner from a public park with children's playground, plus tennis, pickleball and basketball courts.

Salt Air Villas Community amenities include controlled vehicle access, garage parking, and a courtyard with swimming pool.

• Group gatherings and events at this property are limited to the number of occupants (4 persons).
• Sorry, no pets are allowed.
• One marked parking space is provided. Any additional cars may park in any unmarked spots.
• Less than one mile to Public Beach Access or to the St. Simons Pier & Village area

Minimum Age to Rent is 25 years old - this applies to all guests with the exception of multi-generational families.

What to Expect in your Unit:
• There is 1 TV located in this property
• Linens (Bath towels and bed sheets) are provided along with a Starter Supply of Toilet Paper, Soap, Paper Towels and Trash Bag. Any additional supplies needed during tenancy will be the responsibility of the guest.

Bedding Includes:

1 - Set of Bunk Beds
Sleeper sofa is located in the den.

Don’t forget to bring your beach chairs, beach towels and sunscreen!

Please note: There is no oven in this unit.

Wonderful hosts, place, wonderful location will definitely stay here again. The apartment is well equipped & well looked after. It looks exactly like the photos. Easy walk to the light house, the pier and restaurants.

Wonderful stay with husband and my daughter

Our stay was incredible! Very cozy condo with twin beds for our one daughter (actually fit for two kids). One huge king sized, very comfortable bed for us. Huge walk in shower and huge spa tub inside bathroom. The AC air was insanely awesome and worked well every minute. Great shower and shower head was strong- great heat! Very very clean place! Tons of towels and the fridge and accommodations were so great. Cutest little walk up bar/ seating area close to kitchen area. Huge laundry room -perfect to put beach stuff and change there and place sandy shoes and towels. This was the perfect location close to all wonderful downtown restaurants and the beach! Master bedroom was so cute and modern. Patio was big and had a little grill to cook burgers. It was close to the pool. Pool was very clean all the time. You can rent bikes and have them sent to your condo for free as well!

Fulfilling

This unit fulfilled all of our needs! The parking felt very safe and was well lit at night. The stair well and elevator were both extremely efficient when accessing the unit. The area was quiet and calm. The unit itself was beautiful! We loved the balcony! It was great to have a washer and dryer in the unit. The bathroom was spacious and the shower was fantastic! The only thing that might hinder others would be the lack of an oven. Other than that, it was just wonderful! We plan to rent this unit again in the future.

The condo was very comfortable. It was in a good location away from the busy Pier area, but with easy access to all the places we wanted to visit.

We loved how clean this place was and we were able to walk to the beach, dinners, so many places. We were here during a hurricane (Odalia) which wasn’t ideal but the rental company was super and out our minds at ease. We never even lost power. I can’t recommend this his unit and Real Escapes enough. Both are great!

St. Simons weekend

We couldn't ask for a better weekend. The residents in the community ythere were very friendly and made us very welcome the entire time. It was quiet, relaxing, and very serene. We can't wait to come back next year!

Reviewer Comments: We attired at the front desk via taxi (-need rental car - long walks to beach and town. ) The staff allowed us to go immediately to our home for the week and when leaving, again, they allowed us to leave key there and not have an additional taxi stop. Very accomodating
