Welcome to your perfect beachside getaway! This private one-bedroom apartment offers a cozy and comfortable stay just two blocks from the beach and one block from fantastic restaurants.

Step into the inviting living room, where youā€™ll find a large sectional couch, a wall-mounted TV, and a pub table with chairs, perfect for dining or catching up on work. The kitchenette includes a coffee maker, microwave, toaster, and mini fridgeā€”please note that there is no stove.

The spacious bedroom features a king bed and a dresser, ensuring a restful stay. A twin bed can be offered for a child upon request. Please notify me before arrival.
Outside, enjoy your own private back patio, complete with a patio table, chairs, and rocking chairs, all set beneath a beautiful canopy of live oaks and Spanish mossā€”a perfect spot to relax with your morning coffee or evening drink.

*This property features two private guest spaces. The Peachtree Retreat upstairs unit includes its own private entrance and a spacious front porch. The Peachtree Apartment has a separate private path leading to the entrance and includes full access to the backyard.

With the village and pier area just a short bike ride away, youā€™ll have easy access to more restaurants, great shopping, and scenic waterfront walks. Whether youā€™re here for a peaceful retreat or to explore all the local hotspots, you wonā€™t find a better location!


-We love our pets and welcome dogs in our home! To ensure a comfortable stay for all guests, we kindly ask you to follow our pet rules.

Only small to medium dogs are allowed. Maximum of one pet per stay. 50 pounds or less.

Dogs must be house trained and well behaved. No excessive barking or scratching.

GUESTS MUST PICK UP THEIR DOG WASTE AND DISPOSE OF IT.

Dogs that are in heat or (on their period) are not allowed.

Dogs are not allowed on furniture or beds.

Dogs must be created when left alone in the home.

Dogs must be leashed outside the unit and follow all local pet regulations.

By booking guest acknowledge full responsibility for their pet's behavior and any damage caused during their stay. The host reserves the right to request the removal of any disruptive or aggressive pets. If you have any questions about our pet policy, please feel free to reach out before booking. The property was on an awesome location but there was no kitchen. Just a fridge, coffee maker and microwave. If you donā€™t care about cooking and have a pet it is fabulous

Great place but wish for a kitchen sink and a few kitchen tools. The bed was best ever: cozy and quaint. Baseboard and placemat cleaning was missed. Need more kitchen things for a 3 night stay.

The unit is as described. It was clean, with nice furnishings and a bit bigger than I expected. It is a downstairs unit with another above. The location is quiet and walking distance to a few local restaurants. It's about a 5 minute walk to the beach. The village center is a few minutes away by car.

Great host! Very comfortable efficiency bungalow. Just because we didn't pay enough attention, we were surprised that it didn't have a full kitchen. That was a "me" issue, tho. Bed is quite tall, but very comfy. Unit is very clean and well kept. Entrance is off the back patio, which is quite lovely. I can joyfully recommend this efficiency unit to any couple.

Kids Running overhead

The unit was clean, good layout, great place to stay as far as location. Close to beaches and places to eat. The only problem is that the unit over top was geared for families. That means children running over head till near midnight , with no supervision. Just try watching TV or reading. I would love to stay here again but it was just to noisy..

Great Long Weekend

This property had everything we needed for a long weekend without kids. The home was private and clean and we loved the back patio to sit and relax. Itā€™s just a quick walk to the beach and to some of our favorite restaurants. Katie made everything easy and stress free. We hope to return again soon!

This was the perfect getaway for my husband and me for a few days without our kids. The location was perfect and the stay was very comfortable. It was walking distance to the beach and several restaurants. The apartment was well stocked for the size. Iā€™m being very picky, but my only complaint is that there wasnā€™t a space big enough for ice and we didnā€™t bring a cooler that could store it. Not a big deal at all, and next time weā€™ll be prepared (because we would totally stay here again!).

Great weekend!

Catherine's place was great, the location is unbeatable. Spacious master bedroom with a Very comfortable bed, and the living room area has a nice kitchenette. Don't forget the patio, perfect perfect for relaxing or enjoying your morning coffee. We walked almost everywhere from the beach behind the King & Prince, to several great restaurants and just a little farther (or a simple bike ride) to downtown, well worth it!! Catherine responds super quickly to if you have any questions.

Apt review

Apartment was clean and it was in great proximity to the beach (walking). Only issue is parking if the house is being rented at the same time but it worked out. Overall, I would highly recommend. Was spotless and very cozy.

Great Location - Noisy at Times

The listing was accurate, itā€™s a small apartment but adequate. Everything was very clean and the backyard was pleasant. Easy close walk to the beach. The upstairs neighbors were quiet the first two days then a large group moved in and were very noisy, disturbing us. In addition, the next door neighbors porch was close so we could hear them clearly. We never got the TV to work in our 4 day stay. The apartment would benefit from a small desk and some bedroom chairs.

Peaceful Getaway

I booked this rental for a work trip. I found it to be just what I wanted, a clean, spacious and quite relaxing experience. The neighborhood was very nice and quiet. I found it most enjoyable to walk daily to my training at the King and Prince. The bed and sofa were very comfortable. I would definitely rent again.

Close to the beach

Overall this was a beautiful property that was very clean and close to the beach. The only reason we didn't give this 5 stars was the noise. This property is below another and the noise was nearly constant from early in the morning to late at night above us.
