This 3-bedroom condo sleeps 8 and is located on the 3rd floor in building D, providing a bird’s eye view of 30A and even a little peek at the Gulf! Coastal Soul was recently purchased at the end of 2022 and completely remodeled with new furnishings, custom kitchen, designer spa master bath, and fresh coastal decor throughout. The sophisticated, open-concept feel to this condo makes for a welcoming and relaxing spot after a day on the beach. The kitchen is well equipped for all your meal and snack prep needs. There's seating for 4 at the bar and 6 more at the dining table, plus there is seating on the balcony for 4.

VILLAGE OF SOUTH WALTON
The Village has direct access to Sunset Beach and it's only a short walk away. Or, for your convenience, the seasonal tram will transport you to and from the beach. There are 2 large private pools at the Village with plenty of loungers and patio seating. Plus, there is a community grill area for your BBQ cravings. There is on-site coin laundry available for your convenience.

There are several dining options at the Village as well as shops and bike rentals all right at your fingertips. Right next door to the Village you can easily walk or bike to Rosemary Beach via the trail that parallels 30A. Rosemary Beach is a little piece of European flair in Florida. Have your pick of first-class dining options, one-of-a-kind boutiques, and picnic friendly green spaces. Hop in the car to head to Pier Park in Panama City Beach to the east, or make your way west to famous Seaside.
