The shower was horrible was told there would be 9 bracelets there was only 8 there was no toilet paper. The bed was not clean. There was sand in the beds. If I could give them zero stars, I would mold in the shower, hair in the shower.

Great stay

Property was in a great location and we wapked to everything we wanted to see. The unit was very clean and the view from the balcony was amazing. We will definitely be booking again for our next trip.

Amazing

This condo was amazing! Even though it’s across the street from the beach, it was so easy to walk across. My family and I had a great time and will definitely be back.

Wonderful!!!

We stayed at the lake town wharf property for my brother's bachelor trip and had a great time! The host was very helpful with check in and check out the property was very well kept and clean. The amenities were great and well kept as well and the staff was very friendly and did a great job making sure everything went smoothly in the common areas. We would definitely like to stay here again during our next visit!!

Fun in the sun

We had a great time and service was amazing. We had a small leak in the sink and in 2 hours it was fixed. We will definitely be going back 😊

PCB Stay

The condominium has a great local. Everything was great. Only downside is waiting on the elevator.

Best birthday ever!!

This was the perfect place for my girls and I! I was celebrating my 22nd birthday this weekend and when I tell you we had a blast!! Everyone was super sweet and if I had any concerns the host was quick to answer me! The view was beautiful and the beach access is so nice being next to pineapple Willy's! I definitely recommend this place 100%!!

Awesome property!!

We had an amazing stay at the property. They literally had everything we could've needed in our rooms already. Only issue was the front desk staff. The lady was not very friendly and didn't give us good enough direction as we were new guest and had never been at this property before but thankfully the property layout is so simple we found everything without issue.

Beautiful

I normally don't stay at Laketown. However, after seeing the pictures of this condo. I wanted to stay there. I love the decor. I had a maintenance issue and they came right away. Will stay with them again.

Outstanding!

My employees and I were workimg in the Panama City area and wound up with a few down days. I decided to reward their hard work with a wekeend in Panama City Beach. I couldn't be happier that I chose this property for our stay. Everything was exactly as advertised. The unit was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for our weekend. The location is fantastic as well! We had an amazing time and I very much look forward to a return visit!

Property was nice. Check in/out process easy. Communication with the manager was excellent. Only negatives were our dryer did not work and were unable to clean laundry for the entire week, after speaking to our manager the repair man was there the next day which was great except he could not repair it and said it would be a few days for a part to come in and we heard nothing else. The floor caused our toddlers feet to turn black but not a huge deal.

Condo conditions

The condo layout is great. Location is good in the middle of all activities. The condo its self could use some maintenence. No extra towels in the cabinets. No extra things in the kitchen, just the basics. Just needs to be more like a home and not a motel. The manager was goʻd to respond when I emailed here.

Spring Break

The elevators were horrible and steps which were under construction, basically you had no choice but to wait on the elevators. The light show needs to be updated. Other than these two issue, everything else was very enjoyable.
