Nestled in a peaceful residential area, our home sits on a quiet dead-end street that boasts minimal traffic, ensuring a serene and tranquil environment for your stay. There are multiple parks at walkable distance. Few of them offer trekking experience. Additionally, several parks are within walking distance, some of which offer fantastic trekking experiences, perfect for outdoor enthusiasts looking to explore the area's natural beauty.

Discovering the vibrant neighborhood around our home is effortless for guests. With the option to walk, bike, or drive to nearby shops, restaurants, and attractions, you'll have everything at your fingertips. Plus, for those arriving by car, we offer the added convenience of complimentary covered parking right in front of the house, ensuring your stay is stress-free and worry-free.

Few things about the suite
Although the guest access points and areas are separate, the suite is a part of our primary residence. While occasional footstep sounds may be heard, we have sound-dampening measures in place to minimize any disruption. Additionally, there is one security camera outside the suite securing the patio and parking area.

Lovely Suite

Well maintained, clean and comfortable suite. Our dog loved running around in the fenced side yard. Convenient location, close to restaurants and shopping. Highly recommend.

The place was nice and clean. The entrance to the guest suite is separate from the owners main home which was nice. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom looked like it was recently updated so that was cool! I definitely recommend staying here :)

Home away from home

Prity was very responsive and polite. My stay was perfectly quite and peaceful. The extremely comfortable bed and soft sheets were the cherry on top! Everything was very clean and tidy and thoughtful. Having the nice size fridge and microwave was great and stored more than enough room for my food items! I stayed here on business and work very early in the morning and was never interrupted. Great stay for an individual or couple looking for a home away from home stay!

The Kenmore Kirkland neighborhood is also incredibly serene, making it an ideal place to stay if you're seeking a peaceful and relaxing experience.

Additionally, this location is in close proximity to both fast-food chains and fine-dining options in Kirkland and Bothell marketplace, allowing you to explore the local dining scene to your heart's content. If you have a vehicle, getting around is also incredibly simple, as our Airbnb is linked to I-405 via exits 22 or 20, which you can access in just 5 minutes.
