Perched right on the oceanfront, C-Scape is the perfect retreat for a relaxing beach getaway in Surf City. Just four blocks from the Surf City Pier, this spacious six-bedroom, five-bathroom home comfortably accommodates up to 14 guests, making it ideal for family gatherings or group vacations.

Step inside to enjoy breathtaking ocean views from the open-concept living and dining area, where large windows let in plenty of natural light. The fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to whip up meals to enjoy together, whether at the dining table or out on the oceanfront deck.

The top-floor king suite offers a private escape with an en suite bath and TV, while the first floor features a mix of king, queen, and bunk rooms—several with ocean views. The ground level includes an additional bedroom, a full bath, and a ping-pong table for a little friendly competition.

Outside, enjoy direct beach access just steps from the house, making it effortless to spend your days lounging in the sand or splashing in the waves. This home is also dog-friendly, so your furry friends can join in on the fun.

Whether you're soaking in the sunrise from the deck, strolling to nearby restaurants, or simply unwinding by the shore, C-Scape is your key to a memorable Topsail Island escape.

Max Occupancy: This home accommodates up to 14 guests. Occupancy count includes children and guests of Guest. Groups organized to celebrate weddings, graduation, proms, fraternity, sorority, or other school functions are specifically not allowed.

Linen Options:  SILVER PACKAGE INCLUDED for ALL reservations in 2025. Includes ALL bed linens, one bath set (1 bath towel, 1 hand towel, and 1 washcloth) per occupancy, 1 kitchen towel set, & bath mats per full bathroom.

If Complimentary Linens are NOT APPLICABLE for your stay, you may bring your own linens, or we offer linens to rent for an additional fee. Contact us to apply a linen rental to your reservation.

BOOKING DETAILS - 

Age Requirements: You must be 25 years or older to rent this property. ID verification required prior to check in. House parties will be evicted immediately. Any group renting this property under false pretenses shall be immediately evicted with no refund.

Summer Requirements: 7-night minimum stays, Saturday Check-in/out only

TV Disclosure: Smart TVs require guests to log in with their own accounts to access subscription apps. Access credentials are not provided.


CANCELLATIONS -
Any cancellation of a confirmed reservation must be made in writing by Guest. Reservation payments are not reimbursable unless the property can be re-rented for the same rate and time period less non refundable reservation fee, cancellation fee, and third-party fees. Please review our Rental Policies and Cancellation Policy.

CHECK IN DAY DETAILS -
Your rental home allows you to check-in directly at the property. Check-in typically becomes available BETWEEN 4:00 - 6:00 PM on the day of your scheduled arrival. As soon as your rental is ready for check in, we will send you a text message with all of your check-in instructions. Please understand that all homes must be cleaned and inspected before we are allowed to issue access details and you are not allowed to be at the property until you have received that text message.

PREPARING FOR YOUR VACATION -
All our vacation rentals include fully equipped kitchens, basic small appliances (microwaves, coffee makers, toasters), pillows, comforters/bedspreads, television(s) and more! Our vacation homes do not supply consumable items for guest use (i.e. toilet paper, paper towels, soap, spices, cleaning products, etc.). Please plan accordingly for any items you may need during your stay.

You are welcome to bring your own linens, or we provide a linens rental service for your convenience. Some homes provide complimentary linens for select dates and this detailed information can be found in the description.  Linen package options include BRONZE (bed sheets only per bed listed), SILVER (bed sheets per bed listed, a bath towel set per occupancy, dish towel, and a bath mat per shower/tub), and GOLD (all items from the SILVER package plus one extra bath towel per occupancy).

TOPSAIL ISLAND GENERAL INFO - 
WiFi: WiFi signal strength is NOT guaranteed at your rental for remote work or remote learning. We are located on a barrier island and do not have cellular towers on the island. This, coupled with the increase of guests in our area, creates an inconsistent cellular signal that is outside of our control and therefore, compensation is NOT given.   

Beach Nourishment: Beach nourishment projects help preserve and protect Topsail Island’s shoreline. Most projects are scheduled annually between November and April and may involve large pipes on the beach, trucks moving sand, and other equipment to rebuild and maintain our dunes. Timelines and locations can shift without notice, and we are not always informed in advance. While we understand this may impact your beach experience, refunds or compensation will not be provided for disruptions related to beach nourishment. For the latest updates, we recommend checking the town websites for Topsail Beach, Surf City, or North Topsail Beach. Feel free to reach out to us if you have any questions about potential beach impacts during your stay.

Water Pressure Notice: Please be aware that during popular rental dates, especially in the mornings and evenings, there may be temporary reductions in water pressure. This is a common occurrence across the island as many visitors are getting ready for the day or returning from the beach. We recommend planning showers and other water-related activities accordingly to avoid inconvenience.

Public Parking: The Town of Surf City enforces “Pay to Park” from March 1-Oct 31 from 9:00 am - 6:00 pm in the Surf City Public Beach Access Parking Lots and other marked Public Parking Lots. The Town of North Topsail Beach will enforce “Pay to Park” from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM year-round. Onslow County operates three public parking areas/beach accesses within the Town of North Topsail Beach. To the best of our knowledge the county intends to continue operating these lots free of charge.

Leave No Trace: Topsail Island enforces a "Leave No Trace" policy in order to protect our shoreline, meaning you must remove all items, including tents and chairs, from the beach each day. Any items left behind are subject to theft, removal by the town, or possibility of being washed away by the ocean.

Turtle Nesting Season: From May to October, Topsail Island is a nesting ground for sea turtles. Be mindful of marked nests, limit oceanside deck lights, and follow local guidelines to protect them.

Great Getaway, Perfect Location

This house was perfect for our family trip. With plenty of space that made the 14 of us feel like we had room to spread out, to ping pong tournaments, and meals on the multiple decks overlooking the water you couldn’t ask for a better location. Will def be back!

Great house!

Great house for two families (8 people). Easy walk to food, shopping. Only minor negative is that the house has a lot of stairs and no elevator.

Great family time in Surf City

Wonderful house directly on the beach and close to restaurants. The restaurant scene was so busy we could not get a table within a reasonable time and limited options for a quick bite…ended up cooking and also ordering Dominos after finding several places closed, as well. Great beach time, however!
