Alaska haven

Awesome stay! House is large and accommodating. We loved that it had an indoor pool, outdoor play equipment and fire pit area. The host was amazing and very responsive! I would definitely suggest this home!

Awesome ammenities, centrally located

This was a great house!! So clean and so much room!! We thouroughly enjoyed our stay. The pool and the sauna were very relaxing and just right on the 'not so nice' days. We were blessed with awesome weather. We even had a moose make an appearance!

What an awesome property!

The pool was the draw to the home and it was just as advertised. Also enjoyed the nice home, large yard and outdoor play area. Host was great to communicate with. Highly recommend!

Annual Christmas Get Together

Wonderful, relaxing home! Incredibly well equipped kitchen and bathrooms, comfortable beds. We had an awesome 4 days of swimming, visiting and playing games. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Wonderful weekend

It’s secluded slice of heaven. The house was wonderful for our groom side of the family weekend. 25 minutes of the wedding venue, enjoyable time in the house. The pool was outstanding, and the rooms are very spacious.

Alaska surprise

We loved the home! The pool was amazing entertainment and we were able to enjoy family meals. We had plenty of space to visit, play cards, and watch movies. The location offered amazing views and fun spaces to walk around. The property was well maintained just like home. Thank you for helping us to surprise our sister’s family with a terrific visit!!

Time together

A beautifully modern house tucked away at the very end of a cuddle sac with spaces indoor and outdoors. Our 4 families came together to unplug and unwind. All ages enjoyed time throughout the day ( pool, yard, game room) and enjoyed meals and family games in the large dining room/ kitchen. House was prepared with all the necessities that we needed and host was quickly responsive to any questions we had. We look forward returning

Amazing House!

We had a group of 10 people staying here. It was beautifully decorated and plenty of space for everyone to enjoy time together, yet have their own space! Location was privately located, yet a short drive away from the town of Wasilla. Shanna, the owner is very quick to respond to messages and makes communication easy. We had an amazing time and would 10/10 recommend to anyone.

Lovely Pool Palace

14 women 70+ years old. We had been getting together in July for 40 years at a remote dry cabin. Decided for ease, comfort an safety issues to gather together in a place that provided all the creature comforts. This beautiful home was amazing. We loved every aspect of what this place had to offer!

Luxury at its finest

We were visiting for a wedding with a group of 14 from Nashville, TN. It was our first time to Alaska and the house was incredible! Through the years we have visited the Outer Banks, Hilton Head, and all along the gulf coast of AL and FL. We have never stayed at such an outstanding home. It is secluded but not so as to cause a problem. Definitely a 5-star stay in our minds. Highly recommend!!

Nice huge house

Great property, has everything, a lot of space, 6 bedrooms. We enjoyed the pool and the infrared sauna. There are a couple board games we played by the fireplace. The property is very private, at the end of a long gated driveway. About 10 minutes drive to the Alaska 3 highway.

Great Extended Family Vacation

This home was a great spot for our extended family vacation. It was big enough for our group to spread out but small enough that we were still able to connect with each other. We assumed the pool would have been the main location for gathering but were happily surprised when the yard took center stage. The entire house was clean and provided all the necessities we needed. Location is a bit exclusive which was perfect to let our little ones be loud and rambunctious. My only small knock was the welcome instructions we received were a bit out of date. Birthday Getaway

2 families with little kids and our au pair ! Stayed comfortably at this vacation rental . The kids swam until they couldn’t! So much space to spread out and still spend great time together. Decorated beautifully. There was a little issues here and there but host was super on it with her responses and made us feel at the easy and cared for! A 5 star stay and birthday for me !

My Sons Alaska Wedding

I had my five families from North Dakota come up for my sons wedding. This venue was PERFECT to accommodate and entertain them all! There was lots of room and the pool was AWESOME and epic (according to my nephews😊. The lake down the trail was a plus too as a few caught some little pike that an eagle came and helped itself to. Thank you so much and hope you are still around when my next son gets married!!🤗

This was an absolutely fantastic property for our family! We had a large number of people staying together to attend a family wedding, including an infant. This home was not only beautiful and very accommodating, but also a wonderfully welcoming environment for everyone. There was enough space for everyone to enjoy, inside and out, and there were supplies needed for everything you could think of! The pool was a huge favorite for us, and was such a fun way to spend quality time together. The only thing I would say is that the listing says there are 3 bathrooms with showers, as well as a 4th shower on its own. There are actually only 2 bathrooms with showers, and the third bathroom is just a half bath. Their is a stand alone shower in the pool area, but this is not part of the bathroom. Having one more bathroom would have been helpful with a large group, but that was a relatively minor thing in the big picture of what we were able to enjoy! Thank you so much to the fantastic hosts!!

Fabulously fun, well appointed pool house!

We were a group of hockey families in Wasilla for our teens’ last youth hockey tournament. What a perfect, fun, relaxing, and well appointed house to enjoy our time together. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook up and enjoy meals together and the living room had a cozy fireplace and huge TV for the kids and parents to play games and relax. Super private, large lot that must be amazing in the summer as well. We saw many moose on our drive through the neighborhood. And the indoor pool and sauna!! Wow! Just as described and depicted in the pictures. So much fun was had by all the teenagers making forever memories. Shanna is fabulous to communicate with and was so incredibly responsive and kind with anything our group needed. She graciously allowed us a late check out so our kids could relax and rest before WINNING their championship game! Thank you again Shanna!
