This hidden treasure offers five-star views of the coast's most spectacular natural shows—from shimmering sunsets to the occasional pod of whales! Schilling Beach House is a spacious, four-bedroom home with two bathrooms with direct access to the beach. This house is perfect for a large group, just for 2 people, or with your furry friend.
​​​​​​​Park your car at Schilling, charge it with its universal car charger, and if a storm rolls through, rest assured you'll stay cozy with the home's 20KW standby emergency generator.

A large wall of windows along the entire west side of this home allows for incredible, panoramic ocean views. Sit back and relax watching the waves roll in from the living room and dining area, kitchen, as well as the primary bedroom.

The living room includes a beautiful stone fireplace, plenty of comfortable seating and has access to a large oceanside deck for enjoying those beautiful sunsets! The fully stocked kitchen provides all the amenities you will need to prepare gourmet meals, all while enjoying views of the Pacific Ocean. A sunporch, just off the kitchen, is a great place to store sandy shoes and toys after a day of play on the beach!

The dining area has a large table that seats ten, as well as additional bar stools at the breakfast bar that can seat four more.

The primary bedroom boasts ocean views, a king bed, 32” flat screen tv and ensuite bathroom with a new walk-in shower. Two additional guest bedrooms each have queen beds, as well as a third bedroom that has one twin bunk bed set and a pyramid bunk bed with a twin on top and a full on the bottom. These three bedrooms share a full bathroom with a tub and shower combo.

The outdoor deck is the perfect spot perfect for outdoor dining, enjoying a morning coffee or a glass of wine. The location allows you to get the full experience of Arch Cape, with Cannon Beach only 4 miles away; it's quite simply the best of both worlds.
