The oceanview was unobstructed and right outside the windows. The beach access was straight across the street from us. The 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms are very well laid out for privacy. It's a beautiful home and the kitchen had everything that we needed plus some.

This place was probably the nicest VRBO we have ever stayed in. Planty of bedrooms very nicely laid out. Plenty of bathrooms. No waiting in line. Large very well appointed kitchen with all your needs covered. It very well loceted to town and the beach. It has gorgeous deck overlooking the beach. The owners very friendly and great to work with. I just can't say enough great things about this place. Its a must stay.

Great communication with the owner, JV, throughout the rental experience.The 6 bedroom home is beautiful, clean and more than comfortably accommodated our extended family. Much thought and care went into this remodel.The cooks in our family loved the kitchen. We all greatly appreciated the two sets of washers and dryers.This really is a pet friendly home with a fenced in backyard, a washing station for when you return from the beach and drying towels easily accessible in the garage.The location with its unobstructed views of the ocean, steps away from the beach, easy walk into town is incredible. There are so many features of this home that will be fun for you to discover as we did.

We had a family Reunion. There were 16 of us in total. Ages 2- to Senior Citizens. This house is very family oriented. It is very clean and Organized. It has almost everything we needed for our stay. A few of us needed to get body wash. We had a Wonderful , fun, and enjoyable stay. We hated leaving.

We have positive experiences with the host and our stay at the beach house. It was very clean, the kitchen had everything you need, there was a yard for the dogs, and the beach was across the street. Super convenient location and communicative hosts.

Perfect house and location

This house was perfect for us, a multigenerational group with a kid and also older adults with mobility issues. Just a block to the coffee shop, and right on the beach. The house was wonderful -- the kitchen was a delight.

We are native Oregonians who have always loved spending time on the Oregon Coast. Many years ago, we were fortunate to realize a family dream of owning a beach house here in Manzanita. This home holds so many special memories for usā€”gathering with friends and family, walking along the shore, and simply enjoying the beauty of the ocean.

Weā€™re happy to share our home with guests and hope you feel as welcome and comfortable here as we do. It means a lot to us to know that others are creating their own memories in a place that has brought us so much joy.

We chose Manzanita because it has a special, laid-back charm you donā€™t find in many coastal towns. Unlike some busier spots on the Oregon Coast, Manzanita feels peaceful and welcoming, with a strong sense of community. The seven-mile stretch of sandy beach is never crowded, and itā€™s perfect for long walks, beachcombing, or watching the sunset over the ocean.

The neighborhood itself is incredibly walkable. We love that you can stroll to the bakery in the morning for fresh pastries, grab coffee, browse the local shops, or enjoy dinner without ever getting in the car. Everything feels close and easy.

Our spacious floor planā€”over 3,000 square feet with 6 bedrooms and 5 full bathroomsā€”makes it easy for everyone to spread out and relax. We have two king ensuite master suites, perfect for sharing with grandparents or another couple, plus three queen bedrooms and a bunk room kids love. With two sleeper sofas, thereā€™s plenty of room for larger families or multiple families traveling together.

Pet-friendly and family-friendly, our fully fenced backyard is a rare find along the Oregon Coast. Itā€™s a safe space for kids to play and for dogs to explore.
