Unlike some busier spots on the Oregon Coast, Manzanita feels peaceful and welcoming, with a strong sense of community. The seven-mile stretch of sandy beach is never crowded, and it’s perfect for long walks, beachcombing, or watching the sunset over the ocean.
The neighborhood itself is incredibly walkable. We love that you can stroll to the bakery in the morning for fresh pastries, grab coffee, browse the local shops, or enjoy dinner without ever getting in the car. Everything feels close and easy.
