• Thermostat must not be set below 15°C and should never be turned off.

• The building is wheelchair accessible with a ramp at the entrance and an elevator to take you to your floor.
• Please note that keys for the unit must be picked up at an alternate KeyNest location before 10:00 PM.
• There is dedicated parking in the secure, underground parking garage for one vehicle at a cost of $15/night. Please inquire prior to arrival about a parking pass. There's also paid street parking nearby.

Explanation of parking up front if u have a car u need to pay for parking garage. Another mattress on bed. I they were not comfortable for sleep is u are elderly. The view was great and the location was good

General & Cleanliness: basic motel type, linens thread bare, towels musty, lots of long black hair on floors, towel rack in one bathrom falling down, ceiling lights burned out, one bedroom dark dingy, thin mattress, pillows musty. Kitchen OK but kettle unuseable due to thick grit at bottom, lots of opened condiments left over questionable if safe to use, fridge clean. Lots of cushions on beds and small sofa but musty and unnecessary. Bedside tables wobbly, cheap, stained, lamps wobbly. Balcony advertised as a plus but unuseable, filthy with dust and bird droppings. No need for dusty artificial plants everywhere. Air conditioning and heat and plumbing very good. Place to pick up keys musty and unwelcoming. Getting into the apartment was fairly straightforward after we figured it out. Entrance to the building unpleasant due to garbage and smell of poop. Host communication was very good, prompt at all times. Location great for walking downtown and to better Mount Royal area. Lots of bar/restaurants nearby, lots of activity on weekend evenings. Overall okay but not luxury. It would not take much to offer stable furniture and clean quality linens and to fix lighting etc.

Just like the picture
Host was great, quick to respond and everything was just like the pictures. Easy to access the building even though in an apartment building. The beds were not comfortable and the couch and pillows had some stains. It had a beautiful view and great little kitchen area.

Excellent place to stay. Beautiful views!
Very convenient location, easy to get in and out, had everything you would need there, dishes, laundry, sheets and extra blankets, even some snacks!
If you have people sleeping on the pullout couch I would recommend a sleep mask, not all the windows have blinds.
Was slow on communication with getting in and out & prepaid parking directions.

The condo offered a fantastic view and was spacious, clean, and thoughtfully laid out. However, the check-in process was frustrating: the key pickup spot wasn’t clearly identified as a convenience store, parking wasn’t included (and came with an extra fee), the garage was hard to find, and the owner’s contact number couldn’t provide basic details—such as where the parking garage was located.
If the check-in process went smoother, this would have been an absolute 10/10 experience if not for the poor check-in.

Great location - not luxury
The communication was great. The place was nice and clean. The view and location was great!It is not a luxury property. The couch is extremely uncomfortable; we couldn’t sit through a whole movie. The beds were stiff but ok. The sliding doors to the large bedroom didn’t close, so the city lights blared in all night. If this place is going to keep the title of luxury, it’s needs to up its game in the furniture department.

Great downtown city views
This property had great city views and is a short walk to many downtown activities. The condo was fairly clean. Although, our recycling bucket had not been emptied prior to our arrival and no extra kitchen garbage bags were provided. Besides these minor issues, everything else was great. I would recommend paying for a parking spot as it gives you a secure, heated spot while you’re there.

There was difficulty at check-in, communication is in multiple different spots and if their app isn't working at the time you don't receive the communication on time. It would be better if the most pertinent info is all in one place in order of needing it. I received the unit door code and wifi info before any of the access info. I had to keep going back and forth in and out of different emails or texts or apps to view info needed. The key wasn't at the designated spot and I had to wait for someone to come meet us. For tired travelers, it was very frustrating. They did respond quickly but the back and forth didn't need to happen. They were nice and apologetic though.When we finally got into the unit, it wasn't completely clean. Stained dishtowels, bath towels thrown in the middle of the beds, kitchen area was not clean. I know clean standard is different for everyone but "Elegant" is a term used when things are above par. This was not an "Elegant Condo".The condo building was in a great location and the city is very walkable. The views from the unit were lovely as well. This could be such a great place with a little more. The quality of the mattresses and linens are of low quality and not super comfortable. Towel bars were falling off the wall, the balcony was full of bird feathers and poop, there was just no extra care taken to make someone feel comfortable.

Great location, awesome view, tons of space, Starbucks across the street, fantastic restaurant/ bar in lobby, walking distance to BMO Centre. Ticked all the boxes then some! Many bars and restaurants and great shopping close. Indoor parking very convenient. Condo very well equipped. You won’t want leave, we didn’t!
