Beautifully Remodeled Lake House w/ Plunge Pool!

Walking through the front door, you are greeted by an open concept 1st floor complete with a full kitchen, custom-made 12ft long dining table, and floor to ceiling windows looking out over the lake. Living room furnishings include two deep swivel chairs, a love seat, and big comfy couch. The perfect space to look out on the lake on a rainy day. The TV comes equipped with Roku and DirectTV Stream (bring your Netflix/Hulu/Amazon credentials, but don’t forget to sign out!) Coffee table is full of games to play; another great way to make use of that massive dining table! The deck on this floor makes for great mornings with a cup of coffee or nights watching the sunset or do a little star gazing.

This floor has a master-suite with queen sized bed and private bath with double sinks as well as a large walk-in shower. There is an additional room on this floor that has two extra-large twin sized beds with a full bath just across the hallway.

Head upstairs and you’re welcomed once again by incredible views of the lake. This floor has a small workspace in case you need to plug-in during your visit. A king-sized bed fills the loft space, the perfect place for early risers looking to wake up to sunrise off the lake. Across the hallway from the loft you will find another room with an extra-large twin bed which shares with the loft a full bathroom with walk-in shower.

When you make your way back downstairs you will find a closed door in the kitchen which leads you to the lower level of the house. You enter another full-size kitchen on this floor, complete with a 2nd fridge and oven. This floor has the 5th bedroom in the house, complete with TV, Roku and queen-sized mattress. You will also find a full bathroom with tub/shower, as well as a large washer and dryer in the laundry closet next to the bathroom. Not only does this floor have a second kitchen for you, but it also has a second living space with large comfortable sectional, TV with Roku, as well as a shuffleboard table and other games. But that’s not the last of it!

Step outside to the outdoor patio where you’ll find not only plenty of seating and lounge chairs, but an infinity pool, bbq grill and firepit. With how the furniture is laid out you can enjoy both sun and shade out on the patio. With a fenced backyard and beautiful landscaping, you’ve got your own private lakefront oasis.

And don’t forget the very best part, head down to the boat dock and spend some time in the water! We’re provided comfy furniture for those cooler days, a boathouse bar experience complete with TV, floats, along with two kayaks and two paddle boards for you to take out on the lake!

Guest Access
You will have access to the entire house and outdoor spaces, excluding the locked owner’s closet, owner’s boat and fridge in the boathouse.

To get into the house you will be given a code to access the through the front door the day prior to your arrival. Should the code not work, there is a lockbox with a key and just give us a call and we will get you access to the lockbox.

All gates to the backyard will be locked upon arrival for safety purposes. Keys will be provided for you to unlock the gates. Please keep the gate on the side of the blue house locked at all times.

We have a shared driveway with our neighbors on both sides.
When you pull into the driveway you will come to a fork, stay left and we will be the middle house (gray with a blue door, #878)

Things to Note
We live on on a well and have a septic system. Please do not flush anything down the toilets but toilet paper.

We have beach towels available for use, so no need to bring your own. All linens are included. We have left for you 1 paper towel roll in each kitchen, 1 toilet paper roll in each bathroom, dish washing soap, as well as dish detergent, washer pods and dryer sheets. Please note that supply is limited and for extended stays you will want to shop accordingly.

Our house is a short-term rental, but we do not live next to short-term rentals. Please be respectful of our neighbors. Keep noise levels down to a minimum and respect the house noise rules. We offer the outdoor speakers because we know how much we like to listen to music while outside, but please do not be blasting the music at any hour of the day. Please do not be playing music outside past 10:00PM.
**Our neighbors allow their dogs to peacefully wander the neighborhood. If they come onto the property please do not feed them or allow them in the house.
**Most neighbors are friendly, respectful, and keep to themselves while enjoying the lake. One neighbor is not as friendly and may attempt to interact with you in a negative manner from their property. We want to make you aware of this and recommend you ignore the neighbor if they make any attempt to interact with you. Should you have any issues please contact us immediately.
