Imagine a lake house nestled in the woodlands with lake frontage. Now, add a swimming pool surrounded with palms and flowers. The deck offers a beautiful view of the lake, trees, the deer which occasionally come to graze and the hummingbirds that sometimes flit in for a sip from the red feeder.

This spacious lakefront retreat offers four well-appointed bedrooms—two with king-size beds and two with queen-size beds—as well as a loft featuring four twin beds. The home comfortably accommodates up to 8 adults and 4 children (ages 12 and under). Without children, the maximum occupancy remains at 8 adults. Please note, the loft is reserved exclusively for children age 12 and under and includes a dedicated air conditioning unit for their comfort. Privacy in the loft is provided by curtains.

Main Level
The main floor features:

Two bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed

A shared full bathroom

A fully equipped kitchen with gas stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, Keurig (BYO K-cups), drip coffee maker (BYO coffee), and garbage disposal

An inviting living room with a large overhead fan to assist the HVAC in maintaining a cool temperature

Access to a spacious deck overlooking the pool, complete with a gas grill and outdoor dining area with umbrella

Lower Level
The lower level offers:

Two bedrooms with king-size beds

A shared full bathroom with walk-in shower

A half bath

A laundry room with washer and dryer

A game room with TV, two sofas, a rug, and a collapsible game table—perfect for kids to relax and play

Pet Policy
We welcome dogs with an additional pet fee. Please include your pet in your reservation count.

No cats or other animals permitted

A fenced pet area with steps connects to the upstairs deck. Two gates ensure a secure, elevated outdoor space for pets.

Pets are not allowed in the pool or pool area, and must remain leashed when outside the designated areas.

Guests are responsible for any pet-related damage to the property or surrounding properties.

Outdoor Amenities
The 18 x 36-foot pool reaches a depth of 6 feet and is located beneath the upper deck, where you’ll also find:

Five overhead fans

Two rocking gliders

Additional outdoor seating

A dedicated outdoor dorm refrigerator

We ask that if you've been swimming in the lake, to please shower off at the outdoor shower provided under the deck before jumping in the pool. The lake water will cause issues with the salt water pool and we'd like to keep the pool water sparkling clean for you to use.

Lake Access
The lake and dock are approximately 50 yards from the home, set along a gentle slope. A crush-and-run/ concrete path ensures easy access without stairs.
Prefer not to walk? Use our golf cart for a quick ride to the dock. Please keep golf cart on the charger when not in use to ensure it always has a charged battery when you need it.

Nearby, a lakefront gazebo with a fan and table offers a peaceful space to read, relax, or enjoy the view.

Lake Access & Dock

The property features direct lake access with a private flat dock perfect for relaxing by the water, launching kayaks, paddleboarding, or enjoying a swim. Guests are welcome to use the kayaks, paddleboard, and canoe available at the property to explore beautiful Hyco Lake.

The water is deep enough to secure a pontoon at the dock.

**Please note: the dock house shown in some older photos has been removed. The property now features a flat dock with cleats available for securing a pontoon during your stay.

Water & Recreation
Amenities include:

Paddle board

Two kayaks (subject to availability)

A canoe

Water floats (located at the pool)

Please bring your own life vests, especially for children and for use during lake activities or boating. Life vests are required for all passengers on watercraft.

Backup Power
To ensure your stay is uninterrupted, a Generac generator automatically activates within 10 seconds of a power outage and powers the entire house, including all pool equipment.

Guests will have access to the entire home with the exception of one "owner's closet". Guests will have access to the pool, gazebo and the dock. Guests are NOT allowed to utilize the owner's boats in the dock slips.
