Ana was very accommodating for a last-minute stay. The home was very well-decorated and spotless. The pool was a wonderful bonus. Instructions were clear and easy to follow. I'd love to come back for a longer stay.

Great Family Getaway

We rented this house for a local soccer tournament and we were able to accommodate our families. This is a very beautiful house. The fire pit was a very nice touch. We had a great time.

Great Spring Break!

The house was perfect for our group of 10. The house is beautifully decorated and has everything you need. We spent hours enjoying the pool each day. Would highly recommend this house for your stay in Bradenton.

The house is Absolutely Stunning!!! It is an open floor plan tons of space for the 7 of us and 2 service dogs. We even had an extra room that we didn't use(the office) queen sleeper sofa in that room. The pool was beautiful, but cold for December(even with heater on), but the kids enjoyed it very much. For an additional fee Ana will turn it up to 98 for ya, but I don't think it'll matter much if it's in December. The heater n pumps shut off at night and have to restart the next morning all over again. There is a TV in every room but the room with two twin beds. You have king beds in 3 rooms n two twin beds in one room, pull out sleeper sofa in the office. My favorite part of the home is the back yard, back porch with screened in lanae and pond for the boys to fish in!!! TV on porch too!!! Our dogs did fine and had plenty of room to run around and enjoy the fenced in yard. Don't let ur dogs eat the acorns because they are harmful and toxic. Our little Penny is sick currently because she got a hold of one I believe.Beautiful area, the home is inland about 30 minutes, but it's a straight shot to the beach when u are ready to go. We rented a pontoon for fishing and are at the Beach house 10/10. Beautiful white sand beaches!! Also the community has a pool, basketball courts, tennis, playground. Ana also had wonderful neighbors that spoke to us and suggested many things to do in the area for Xmas while in town. Ana was a great host!

Fun family getaway

My family just recently rented this property for 6 days over the 4th of July week. The house is spacious, clean and beautifully decorated. The pool was a huge bonus and was loved by all ages. It is close to a lot of beaches and also located near some tasty restaurants and shopping centers. We had a great time and would definitely recommend this property to all and would book again.

Golf retreat

I stayed at this beautiful home with a group of golf buddies. we found the property in excellect shape and close to the courses that we were going to be golfing.I would reccomend this home to anyone. Mick B.

Beautiful home at a great location

The home itself is gorgeous, and it’s centrally located in a great community. Publix is only 4 minutes away, and Walmart 7 minutes. This is the perfect location if you are looking to spend time at the beach but also relax with your family at a beautiful home. I couldn’t be happier with this home.

Golf outing group

I have stayed at this porperty before and for some reason my previous review did not show up as favorable. It showed that I only gave the property 2 stars even though my review stated that I enjoyed the property very much.I'm guessing that I must of misclicked on the star rating part. The house was spotless when our group arrived and worked well for gathering in the extra large kitchen area. I would difinately rent this property again.Mick B.

Sabal Harbour Home Rental

Very nice home situated at the end of a cul-de-sac. Huge fenced yard with a pond, very nice pool. The home is completely renovated. Very comfortable beds. Kitchen was huge and well equipped. Owners were very friendly and responsive. We liked this rental so much we extended our stay several more days. We would definitely stay here again.

Bradenton Regatta

We had a fabulous stay for our weekend of boat racing! There was room for our entire crew to stay comfortably! The house was very clean and open. We would 100% rent again!!! My only suggestion would be to provide a little more supplies, such as wine openers, spices, like even salt and pepper, and bowls in the kitchen.

Cockroaches and Ghost Ants

Except for the bugs, the property was very nice inside. Outside yard and patio needed attention. There were several sticker weeds growing in the cracks of the patio that I had to pull to prevent my dog from getting stickers. We were able to reach the property managers and they arranged for exterminator and lanai repairs quickly.

Family respite

This beautiful home on a cul de sac in a quiet neighborhood was the perfect landing place for our family of 10. The pool provided great entertainment and relaxation, and the large kitchen counter top is perfect for chatting while cooking. Four bedrooms and a gorgeous master bathroom, gives plenty of retreat space for you, your teenagers/family members. There is minimal lighting on the lanai, so not as easy to hang out by the pool after dark, but it’s cool enough at night in February, that being inside is a better option anyway. Would definitely stay here again!

Pool House

The interior of the house is very clean and decorated nicely. They had many great little extras around the home. Nice blankets to snuggle up as well as nice TV's with streaming in every room. The only downfall to this home is the yard. There wasn't much grass and the grass that was there was a bit high. Our dog stepped on a large water moccasin. Which, thank goodness did not bite her. But was a scary situation. Other than that the interior was great.

We found the house being good enough. We liked the house and the space. We found a couple of inconvenient things. After 2 days we ran out trash bags, paper towels and dish washer soap. The dryer was not working which would have been nice to know prior to our arrival. Also, my friends and I were expecting some decent shampoo and body wash/soaps in the showers since we were paying 3k for a house that was suppose to be this nice, We were given some crappy ones that didn’t even lasted the week. Overall we were happy with the house but the details of the stay could have been better

Paradise! Such a great house for a getaway

The house was exactly as depicted in the pictures. It was a perfect house for a reunion because it has a beautiful open floor plan and an amazing kitchen. It has four bedrooms and one den with a pull-out couch bed. The master bedroom has a beautiful bathroom and there is another bathroom in the hallway that the other bedrooms would share. The house comes with linens and towels for the pool and towels for bath. They also give you a small supply of, laundry, dishwasher, and dishwashing detergent. There was a fresh sponge for washing dishes that was still wrapped so you know it was brand new. They even had some hotel style shampoo and conditioner, and bar soap in the shower. It was stocked with pots and pans and dishes and glasses and wine glasses and a few other cooking utensils and things. They also have spatula and tongs to use with the grill. I definitely recommend it. I gave it overall five stars and really five stars for everything. I did note that I sent a message to the host a few days before my trip and never heard back with an answer even after my trip is over. But it wasn’t a dealbreaker because my question got answered when I arrived at the house and saw for myself. But it would’ve been nice to get an answer.

Hot house!

This is a review of our stay at 4836 Turtle Bay Terrace, Bradenton Fl. From July 21 – 28 2023. When we arrived to stay for the week the house had a nice appearance and was located in a nice neighborhood. Upon arrival in south Florida in July the interior temperature of the house was in the high 80’s the thermostat (which was battery operated) was blinking that the batteries needed to be replaced. An inspection of the house found that only one bedroom had a ceiling fan but that there were portable fans in 2 of the other 3 bedrooms (first red flag). We set the thermostat to 70 degrees. A further inspection of the house found that it was minimally stocked there were 6 beach towels but only 3 washcloths, a few rolls of toilet paper and paper towels. The main problem with this house was the ac unit didn’t seemed to have enough charge to keep up with July temps in Fl. The property manager was contacted on Saturday afternoon and instead of calling a tech to come to the house they sent a trusted associate that had to be shown how to clean the filter. The temp stayed down but not to the set temp until Thurs when it wasn’t cooling at all. After checking out VRBO was contacted and said an agreement needed to be made with the property manager. Finally spoke to them the following week and they made false accusations that we broke the handle of the refrigerator. Instead of any kind of refund they wanted me to pay them and give them a good review. I would stay away their property.

We had a great stay! Ana was very accommodating when we wanted to move our travel up a day and arrive a little early so we could change after our flight. They home is beautiful and they had everything we could need. We picked up some food at the local Publix (only 5 minutes away) and made breakfast and dinner before and after our golfing. Would recommend and plan on staying again next year!
