Nice house with plenty of room

Nice house in a decent neighborhood community. Has a pool that is screened in a nice at night when the sun goes down. TV situation gets quirky. They ask not to sign out their accounts but none were signed in when I arrived. One buddy had a streaming box and that was a good solution for the living room TV. This always seems the case in Vrbo houses, so not calling this one out in particular.If you’re looking for a comfortable place that sleeps many, this one is great.

Excellent vacation property

We had a fantastic time staying at the dolphin Wave villa. The property is in a perfect central location for all amenities. It had everything we needed and the property manager acted very quickly when we had a minor problem. The villa is very handy for shopping at University Parkway Shopping Mall and Ellenton designer outlet stores. We also visited Anna Maria Island and Bradenton Riverwalk which was really good as the dolphins were in abundance when we were there. There are so many places to eat but if your looking for wings and pizza Casa di Pizza is the best place. Tampa is only an hour or so away too. We would definately return.

Great location and pools.

Enjoyed the proximity to restaurants, stores and friends. House fit our needs and loved the morning coffee out on the pool beck under the lanai.

Nice Place!

Every single thing we needed was in the home. Plenty of space. We really appreciated the Washer and Dryer and the community pool which is heated! Thank you for hosting.

Spacious, in a great neighborhood

The house had plenty of room; owner was very responsive to questions. Neighborhood was nice and it was easy to get to restaurants, shops, etc.

Just as expected

The property was very nice and well accommodating for my family. We enjoyed our time. My kids wished the pool was a bit bigger but it was not because of false advertising, it was simply because I chose a house with a smaller pool haha

Great stay

This house was perfect for our family, with lots of rooms but open space too. It was bright, clean and felt warm and welcoming. I especially loved the master bath and the kids loved the pool. The house was well stocked and close to grocery stores and restaurants too.

Bradenton 2024

The place was clean and stocked well with kitchen supplies. It was in a quiet neighborhood but close to the beaches and restaurants. When we had issues with the place, Joe was always quick to respond and resolve the issues. We will definitely come back when we come back to the area.

Great Time

We arrived and the home was just as the listing stated. Loved having the fully stocked. The only thing we would say could be an updated is the Television in the living room.

Really nice Villa, great location.

Great villa, fully equipped with everything you may need and clean. Great outdoor area with a nice pool which tops it off. Not far from Sarasota and some lovely beaches. Nit picking however, there are two large trees out back that do restrict Sun light at certain times of the day. Overall very enjoyable stay, would recommend.

Winter Stay

My husband and I stayed in this home January, February, and March of 2023. We really like the location of the Sabal Harbour neighborhood. The owner was easy to work with, communicates well, and was willing to repair or purchase appliances that was needed. Even though this home is a little older, we found that it was sufficient and met our needs. There were plenty of towels and sheets for us to use. We had children and grandchildren visit us for a week and they enjoyed the swimming pool, at he house and the community basketball court. The pool water is cool in January and most of February because of the solar heat. Normally you could use the community pool during this cooler time but it was under repairs and being updated while we were there. In March the pool water temperature was between 80 to 90 degrees and very enjoyable. Because it is older, there are repairs and updating that need to be done but the rental price is reasonable. My husband and I would not hesitate to rent again.

Perfection

This house was perfect for our family of 5. The neighborhood was quiet and family friendly with access to the playground and community pool. The house pool was clean and gated, which was nice with 3 little kids. The kitchen had all the tools we needed to cook. We will definitely be using this house on future trips!

Disappointed

Stayed at this property as it was listed with a heated pool. Pool was not heating and was 70 degrees. Stayed 2 out if 7 days and no partial refund was offered. When advertised amenities should work

unsatisfactory experience

overall representation of villa - it was obvious from first walking in to the property that the photographs used on the VRBO web site are well out of date and in some instances very misleading:- • there is a photo of the lanai with a bbq - in reality is there is no bbq available • the photo of the pool area shows a sunlit area with a small hedge in the background - in reality the whole area is now completely overshadowed by two fully grown oak trees, meaning little sunlight in that area and all the associated detritus from the tree making the lanai and frame permanently dirty. • the furniture in the lanai is rusty and dirty and does not look like it has been replaced since the original photos were taken • the upholstery in the living room is 'tired' with one of the sofas needing additional makeshift support under the seat cushion issues we raised with property management • general cleanliness - about a dozen dead caterpillars on the floor throughout the villa • en-suite toilet flange leaking • laundry found in the tumble dryer • pool light not working and pool floor unclean • front right element of cooker not working • oven light not working • hairs on cooker and in fridge • insufficient bedding for a two week stay • the sheets available on the bed my wife used (the Queen bed) were threadbare • the landline telephone only held charge for 2 minutes The issues outlined above were bad enough and we feel that the VRBO listing gives a false favourable impression. However, the experience during the hurricane was extremely worrying and not acceptable. We have vacationed many times in villas along the gulf coast and this was the first one we had stayed at that had no first aid kit, not a single torch, nor a folder with essential emergency information. On top of this we had no support or advice from property management in the lead up to, or during the hurricane. This despite me emailing them, ringing them numerous times and leaving voice mail. It was left to my wife and I to best secure your villa, including moving the heavy lanai furniture into the property. However, with no boarding on the windows we felt highly insecure. Three days post the hurricane strike, property management surfaced to deal with a broken garage door spring we notified them about, and the electronic door lock not working. The pool was also unusable for the week after the hurricane and we had seen no pool maintenance people since arriving up to the day we departed.
