Unbelievable Mountain Log Home with amazing views! This professionally designed and well-appointed home is located in the Maggie Valley Golf Country Club. The Eagles Nest is situated on over 2 acres of the mountainside, at approx. 3800-4000 feet up, with complete privacy.

The Eagles Nest was completed as a private multi-million-dollar residence and loaded with all amazing Mountain Furniture.

6 bedrooms + huge Loft, 5 1/2 baths, Log home is 8800+ sqft and sleeps 12 privately or utilize the Bunk room to fit 20 comfortably, if you must. Two Large Master Suites on Main Floor, with additional King Room w/ bath on terrace level - 3 Kings Total. Two Queen Rooms upstairs (Jack and Jill bathroom). The bunk room has 3 full bunks, 1 which is a full-size bottom bunk and a fun additional "sky" bunk to sleep 8 Total. Pull out sofa in loft to fit 19/20th guest.

4 Fireplaces / 3 Game Rooms with Pool Table / Ping Pong /Shuffleboard/Dart Board/ Poker Table and Foosball. Large loft with couches loaded with games, puzzle table and place to spread out and play cards. Large Expansive Deck with Rocking Chairs/Picnic Tables to enjoy the 180-degree Southwest views. Extra Large Kitchen with Stove/Micro/Fridge with Ice Maker. (Extra Fridge in Garage). Washer/Dryer. Enjoy the private library to catch up on some reading and take in the views. 2 Car Garage. Portico Front Parking, Circular Driveway, room for 12-15 cars and side parking for trailers, if needed.

This is the most fantastic property available for rent in all of Maggie Valley for that 2-6 couple week getaway with or without kids, or just that special trip you have been wanted to take and live in the lap of luxury. The Eagles Nest will be a trip you will never forget.

Maggie Valley is home to Cataloochee Ski Mountain 10 min, Mountain Shows down in the valley, great putt-putt for the kids and some of the best Ice Cream shops around. Neighboring Waynesville has a wonderful main street of Furniture and Antique shops along with a host of some fantastic dinner spots. Maggie Valley is also just 25 minutes from Asheville NC, which is home of the famous Biltmore Estate and 25 minutes from Harrah's Casino in Cherokee.

The house was amazing. Plenty of room for our children and grandchildren to spread out and have their own space. We were able to gather in the basement for game night and had plenty of room to gather for our Valentine’s Day dinner. The outdoor space was great and views were amazing. We enjoyed skiing at cataloochee and enjoyed dinner at a couple of local restaurants. Would recommend this property and cannot wait to spend another vacation here.

We had a great time! The house was beautiful and well equipped to prepare Thanksgiving meal for 20 people. Lots of space for the 12 kids to run around downstairs and outside. Beautiful view and loved that there was a town close by for grocery store, movie theatre etc.

Great golf get away

Absolutely the very best host we have ever experienced!

The cabin was wonderful! Cozy and the Christmas decorations were just perfect. We will definitely be back one day...hopefully soon! I can't brag on the host and the cabin enough!

Amazing House!

What a beautiful house and location for a large family weekend getaway! There are many beautiful areas to gather as well as many nooks to take a quiet moment. The kitchen was well stocked and the layout suited four generations of our family ranging from 1 yr old to 80 yrs old. The hosts were quick to respond to questions and needs. We would be happy to stay there again!

Snow vacation

Deluxe Log Cabin with killer views of the great Smokey Mountains. Tons of room to spread out. Family of 16 age range 4 - 86. Pool table, Ping Pong, cards, Fooseball, and games galore. Wonderful Time was had by all. Close to shopping, hiking, skiing and snow tubing. Excellent choice!

Beautiful views from the deck with an amazing game room in the basement. Excellent location for hiking both in the smokies and blue ridge. Great golf course and an easy drive to Waynesville and Asheville. Thank you for sharing an amazing house.

Beautiful home and an amazing stay!

We had an incredible time in Maggie Valley and enjoyed the home greatly. There was ample space for everybody to enjoy themselves and do different activities. The basement was perfect for the younger group to hang out and play games while the rest of us could hang out upstairs. All of the rooms were large and had plenty of space. The hosts were very responsive and accommodating which made our stay easy going. Would definitely visit again!

Family Thanksgiving

Our large family met to celebrate Thanksgiving. This this very spacious home! Views were beautiful, lots of games, space to spread out and sleep. We had our dinner catered and it was delicious. Owners were very responsive and description on Vrbo was very accurate. I highly recommend this property.

Best Family Gathering Ever!

This home was perfect for our Thanksgiving Family Gathering. The description was totally accurate. We were 20 in number and everyone had comfortable space. The views are spectacular. The owners should’ve very proud of Eagles Nest. We hope to repeat when we can travel from CA, AL, SC GA and the NC coast.

Wedding weekend

This cabin was nothing short of amazing as well as the owners! Everything was just as expected and the communication was 10/10. VERY pleased with some last minute changes for my elopement due to hurricane Helene!! Homeowners absolutely gave me the ok for accommodations and left some take aways for my husband and I!

We were so thrilled with the opportunity to stay in this beautiful home. Nothing was left to chance and we wanted for nothing. Stunning property, close to everything, amazing views

We have been visiting the greater Asheville area for several years, and this is by far the best property we've stayed at. The cabin was stunning and beautifully situated in a private valley. It was the perfect mountain retreat for our family. We enjoyed the trail by the property and also the waterfalls that were just ~15 minutes away. The house was very conveniently located to shopping and a short drive to Asheville. The house was also well stocked with everything we could want, from fireplace kindling to board games for our kids. Everyone in our family wants to come back next year!

Perfect Retreat for a Golf Getaway!

Our group of 14 recently stayed at this cabin in Maggie Valley for a golf trip, and it was an incredible experience from start to finish! The cabin was spacious, beautifully maintained, and perfectly suited for our large group. The living areas were ideal for socializing, and the kitchen was well-equipped for preparing meals together.The bedrooms were comfortable and provided plenty of space for everyone to relax after a day on the golf course. Speaking of golf, the location was fantastic, with easy access to several top-notch courses in the area. We enjoyed every round and appreciated the convenience of being so close to our accommodations.One of the highlights of our trip was our night out at Harrah’s Cherokee Casino. It was only a 30 minute drive from the cabin, and we had an absolute blast trying our luck and enjoying the vibrant atmosphere.Overall, this cabin exceeded our expectations in every way. The combination of great amenities, a beautiful setting, and proximity to both golf courses and the casino made it the perfect choice for our trip. I highly recommend this rental to anyone looking for a memorable getaway in Maggie Valley!

MAGNIFICENT!!

Our party of 10 absolutely loved this house. We all enjoyed the beautiful bedrooms, the well- appointed and large kitchen, the game rooms, and the spacious common areas. The decks (w/Bar-B-Q), the panoramic view, and the library are all bonuses. There are good golf courses, excellent restaurants, nice shopping in great little towns all within 30 minutes or less. We couldn't ask for anything more. The owners are very accomodating, very helpful and very easy to deal with....a wonderful 4 days. We will be back.

A Crowd Pleaser!

Our family (18 of us) had plenty of room in this wonderful house! The children loved the bunk room. The kitchen was spacious and well stocked. It was also nice to have the two extra refrigerators in the garage. It might help to have a designated cabinet for pantry items. You could not ask for a better view from the back deck. Gorgeous! The owners checked on us several times. Hope to go back sometime!

The Owners family resides in the Atlanta, GA area for the last 30 years and has been enjoying Maggie Valley for the last 25 years. Hope you enjoy The Eagles Nest as much as we do.

The surrounding towns like Wayneville (antique/furniture/Restaurants), Cherokee (Harrah's Casino) and of course wonderful Asheville - are all within 30 mins!
