The luxurious primary suite on the main level features a king-size bed, while the guest suite also includes a king-size bed on the main level. The main level also offers a bunk room with two twin-over-double bunks, ideal for kids or friends. The upper-level guest room provides two twin single beds, and there s also a Murphy Bed in the upper-level office/sitting room, making this home perfect for family vacations or trips with friends. Wifi is available throughout, making work or streaming easy if you can tear yourself away from the peaceful surroundings.

Quiet Policy: Please note that the property is located in a very quiet community. Parties, loud noise, and unruly behavior are absolutely prohibited, and guests are expected to respect the neighbors and the peace this mountain retreat area affords.

Early Check-In and/or Late Check-Out may be possible, depending on cleaning schedules and other reservations. If it is possible, there may be an additional fee that would be determined based on the time that you wish to check in or out and the seasonal rates.

Pets: The owners of Modern Mountain Creekhouse will accept dogs on a case-by-case basis. Please contact the Guest Experience Team at Yonder for approval. There is a non-refundable pet fee of $150 for stays of 1–3 nights and $250 for stays of 4 or more nights, with a limit of 2 dogs per booking party.​​​​​​​
