This fantastic home away from home boasts a spacious enclosed backyard where the kiddos can run around freely and play while you keep an eye on them from the patio. A basketball hoop is available if you would like to show off your skills and play a friendly round with your family. If you are in the mood for a more tranquil evening, snuggle up on the sofa in the living room and watch an entertaining show or movie on the TV. Gather around the dining table to enjoy a delicious homemade meal prepared in the fully-equipped kitchen or play any of the board games provided for a wholesome and memorable family game night.

Perfect spot

House and location was great for our family of mountain bikers. We could easily bike into town for coffee, dinner and ice cream. We could also access All American trail and get to some of our other favorite biking spots without having to load up our bikes and drive. We also chose this house so we could bring our dog and the backyard was just what she needed. Overall made for a great family weekend.

We enjoyed our stay in this house for the weekend. It was very clean and met our needs well. The owners were easy to communicate with and supportive. We did wish there was more seating for our 6 guests. The only issue we had was with the fan/light controls. The same controller worked for all rooms. We were able to make it work though. Overall a great place to stay.

The back yard is great for dog. Location is a short walk to Orchards Park dog park. The home provided plenty of good towels and extra blankets. We appreciated the garage for our bikes and carport for our car.

3 day Softball Tournament

We came for our daughter’s softball tournament. The house was 3 minutes from the field, great location. We ended up playing in the championship Sunday night at 8:30pm & I text to ask if we could add Sunday night to our stay & it was super easy. House was very clean, our dog loved the backyard. Zero complaints.

Overall, everything was great, but very disappointed in the ability to communicate the availability of a late check in or an extra day. For several days in advance, I was trying to clarify if it would be a late check out or availability of an extra day and I was told to wait on an email. A simple yes or no would’ve been fine. I understand the need to turn the property over quickly, but we had a specific reason to need to the room at about 11 o’clock and it would’ve been nice to know before the morning swim meet that we didn’t have to fully pack up at 7 o’clock in the morning. It would just be a better way to communicate to either say yes, or no to the late checkout

Nice house - dog friendly - Close to Crystal Bridges

Visiting Family in Bentonville for Thanksgiving. The House is right around the corner from Crystal Bridges and my grandsons had their photographic art on display there! Several parks, a dog park, hiking & bike trails just a few blocks away. The house was very clean, with extra towels and blankets. Nice kitchen with dishes, pots & pans and utensils. Bring mixing bowls if you'll need them. This place was perfect for my two little dogs! Fenced yard and empty garage with a couple of wire dog crates if you need them. Seemed like a safe and family friendly neighborhood. Also close to Wal-mart Neighborhood market & Dollar General if you forgot anything. We will come here again when visiting our Bentonville family!

Upon first arrival, everything was noticeably just cleaned, and Vacasa branding was posted in all main areas. The fireplace, which was a primary consideration for selecting this property, had a sign posted saying 'Do not use'. We had plans to make a big NYE dinner for our family of 4 and cozy up by the fireplace to watch the ball drop. This took a detour when we discovered the lack of kitchen items...not a well stocked kitchen. For starters, no strainer, no mixing bowls, no containers, no wine glasses, plastic cups that have clearly seen better days--some with a gross residue like peanut butter or something. The internet was completely out for several hours and then intermittent at best for the rest of our stay. The master bathroom had a used roll of toilet paper sitting on top of the toilet, the TP holder having fallen off the wall and stored in the cabinet above the toilet. After the first day, the clean smell faded to what smelled like a cover up of pet smells. We contacted Vacasa after our first night to receive promise that the fireplace use was allowable (no key to turn on the gas) and they would be out to address this and the internet issues. No one ever followed through, I called multiple times, texted with whomever--AI bot or what--and eventually said we are leaving a day early. No follow up from Vacasa, no resolve. With the steep service fees added to the initial total, this rental came out to an average of $250/night. NOT worth this kind of money.
