The space
This 2-story quaint home has approximately 1700 square feet of living space. There are two separate living and den areas to relax in. A third tranquil space is the enclosed sun room with outdoor furniture and a gas heater to keep it cozy. A perfect space for morning coffee.

Upstairs you will find 3 super comfortable bedrooms with 800 thread count sheets to slip into. The Master has a queen bed, the guest room has a queen bed and the second guest room has two twin beds.

The kitchen is fully stocked with various utensils from pots, pans, silverware, glassware, dishes, coffee pot, toaster, blender, griddle, etc.

The living room is a great space for recharging ones batteries from the day. A comfy room for reading, visiting or getting some work done. The den is the space for those wanting a little more entertainment. This room has a new smart TV with ROKU capabilities. The free high speed internet service opens up a world of entertainment options. Not only does the TV have Dish Network channels, you also have options for free Amazon Prime television and Amazon Music right from the TV. There is a second smart TV in the Master bedroom with all the same features except for the Dish Network channels. Local channels are available through an antenna on the Master TV.
Note: An HDMI cable is also available on both TVs to hook up items you bring with you. Such as a gaming console, computer to stream pay per view movies or other entertainment of your choosing.
