The neat thing about this studio is while it is sandwiched between various point of interest (Hollywood Walk of fame to the west, Korea Town to the South, Griffith Park Observatory to the North, Silver lake/Glendale to the East, and Downtown to the South East), it still manages to be a quiet and peaceful reprieve despite it's robust and lively location. It's also pretty great for medical workers and or patients as it's located next to various hospitals as listed above. To top it off it's very close to the metro station if buses and freeways aren't your thing. The location makes it easy to hike the Hollywood sign, swing by Hollywood for a movie and then catch some authentic Korean BBQ in the evening; it's a spot that offers a plethora of options for how one might wish to spend their day. The even better thing is that the studio comes with a reserved parking spot, which is a commodity that many other Hollywood based apartments lack!
