The WORST experience ever. The guy needs professional help and medication. He was extremely dangerous and had to leave because he was threatening my tenants with kitchen knife and knocking on their doors in the middle of the nights. He has a major drinking problem and becomes violent and uncontrollable. His mother is the one who booked the place and withheld the information that he has a major issues and it will be a safety issue for the tenants. My single women were so scared, calling me in the middle of the night to report the situation and were afraid that he would break their doors and harm them. All my tenants were aware of the situation and put me on notice. That's when i had to ask him to leave and could no longer jeopardize the safety of my tenants. Even one of my guests tried to help him and gave him a psychiatrist phone number. After every horrific accident and it was a few, he would called me, apologized and expressed that he doesn't remember doing any of it and telling me all his horrific life stories,but i expressed to him that's i have a very concerned, scared people about his dangerous behavior and their safety is my priority and i asked him to move out. After him leaving i discovered that he broke my TV because he throw something heavy and the screen was cracked. I had to replace it immediately. I would never recommend the same terrible experience to any potential hosts. Absolutely terrifying. BEWARE!!!
