The bright, loft-style interior area comes well-equipped for modern comfort. Relax in the sunroom, enjoy family movies in the living area, or head up to the loft for board games or to peruse a collection of books. When it's time to eat, you'll find the kitchen well-equipped with a full suite of appliances, cookware, and utensils for handling home cooking with ease, plus a dishwasher for stress-free cleanup. The back patio offers a scenic, fairway-view perch, while the front porch offers additional outdoor space. Extra perks include central air-conditioning, free WiFi, and a private washer/dryer.

Great location relative to golf course. Fairly clean when we arrived. Overall a good stay. Just needs some updating on inside and would be perfect.

Beautiful hideaway close to beach

This place is so nice! Super fun, open floor plan makes it a great getaway for couples or a group. Itā€™s decorated well and has a Florida coastal vibe. I love that itā€™s on a golf course and it was a great place to get my daily walks in. 10/10 recommend because Perdido Key is white beaches with less crowds than Pensacola or Orange Beach.

Very spacious home.

We were family of 6, there was plenty of room for all to have a space for some quite time to ourselves. The beds were very comfortable, kitchen has everything we need to prepare our meals. Overall the home was neat and clean. The neighborhood was nice and only a 10 to 15 minute drive to the beach and about 30 minutes to Pensacola and Orange Beach. I would recommend this home for your next Perdido Key/Florida vacation.

Overall, our stay was good and the place met most of our needs. The space was generally clean, though there were a few issues that should be addressed. Upon arrival, the unit was extremely hot and had a noticeable mold-like odor, which made for a rough first impression. Additionally, the dishwasher had standing water and a bad smell, which was unpleasant.That said, once things aired out and cooled down, the stay was more comfortable. With a few improvements in cleanliness and ventilation, this place could be a great option.

Perdido Key vacation

The property is nestled in a neighborhood that surrounds a golf course. It offered a great location for our family because it is minutes from the beach and an easy drive to the Naval Aviation Museum. Also close shopping and three state parks. The house is very cute, has a beach theme, lots of books and a spacious kitchen. The children loved the upstairs table nook with the foosball game. We encountered several minor issues during our stay and management responded quickly each time. Overall, good location and comfortable for a family.

Okay stay

When we first got there ac/hvac/internet didnā€™t work. There was a storm the night before. The living room and the hvac system didnā€™t work. Called the owner/manager(@740pm) and didnā€™t get anyone to call back until 1130am the next day. Had to go through the house and outside to find breaker box. Had to turn them on which were in a makeshift shed(just for future occupants). Other then that. Had an okay stay dishes needed to be cleaned before using (dust on dishes). We did stay on the off season. Other then that we had a good stay.
