Primary renter must be 25 years of age or older. Please limit the occupants to the maximum allowed and please no parties. Unauthorized guests exceeding the limit will lead to the cancellation of your reservation. No smoking inside the home. Smoking is permitted outdoors but all waste must be removed prior to your departure. Feminine products and wet wipes must not be flushed or additional plumbing charges may apply. Pet Fee is $150. Fence ends at the water`s edge so it is not fully enclosed. Please keep an eye on your fur babies! Please only park in the driveway or garage. Do not park in the grass. Trash and Recycling pickup is on Wednesdays. We are happy to provide a daily itemized receipt upon request for our military members. Following your booking, you will receive a link to complete the check-in form and rental agreement required to finalize your reservation. Otherwise, enjoy your stay.
