Looking for a getaway to Hot Springs, come to Lake Hamilton @ the Landing where you can enjoy incredible lakefront views and all that the Hot Springs area has to offer! The Landing, a gated lakefront community, is only minutes away to the Oaklawn casino and horse park, quaint downtown & Bathhouse row, Hot Springs off-road park, hiking, restaurants, shopping and so much more.

Our 2 bedroom, 2 bath property sleeps 6 comfortably with 2 king-sized beds, a queen sofa sleeper and a balcony overlooking Lake Hamilton with access from both the living room and master bedroom. A spacious, comfortable layout for your getaway with amenities like a furnished kitchen, smartTVs, smart home connections like Nest thermostat, Ring doorbell and security system, wireless chargers, toiletries, a community pool, veranda, and pickle ball courts. Our condo is right on the water, on the top floor. The balcony views from the living room and bedroom are breathtaking (our first weekend there, we saw 2 bald eagles – such a glorious sight!) and has outdoor seating for all to enjoy the lake and outdoors. Our condo comes with reserved parking in front of the condo, numbered and easy to recognize. There is also guest parking available.
If needing a boat slip, we have one available too and happy to provide any recommendations on easy access to Lake Hamilton.

A few things to note:
Because we are right on the water of this neighborhood, the parking lot has some steep areas.

We are also a top floor condo so there are a few steps to get to the upstairs condo and there are a few steps to get down to the water.

Since the Landing is a gated community, upon booking, we will provide the gate code to the community as well as the easy access codes to our condo.

Also remember, you are on an island and while we have internet and WiFi for use, it can sometimes be on island time so have grace if speeds are slow or downloads are taking a bit.

About us - Kyle and I are high school sweethearts and been married for 25 years. We have 2 daughters, one a college student at Purdue and another one studying at the University of Kentucky so we wanted a weekend getaway when others aren’t enjoying the condo. We fell in love with Hot Springs on our first visit!! The horse theme - we are equestrians at heart, as our youngest rode and showed competitively in the Junior Hunter ring for nearly 10 years starting in California, then Atlanta and in Texas. We love visiting the racetrack and have been told that Hot Springs is one of the last qualifiers for the Kentucky Derby - how awesome! Hot Springs, AR is so welcoming to any and all visitors - their hospitality is genuine and infectious. We hope you enjoy the condo and the area as much as we do.
