The condo was comfortable. We got the condo bc we wanted to cook but with the rain (no use of grill), layout, and electric stove top, that didn't work. Also got the condo for the soaking tub, but the stopper is faulty and drains the tub as soon as you put water in it, so that was out. Beds were comfy though.

It was not nice like the pictures. The code they game me never worked had to use the other code. Tv didnā€™t work in the front room the outlet shocked me plugging in something it was pushed in the wall to much. Refrigerator had an odor.. the front bathroom the shower one of the knob little thing came off of it never got really hot water. It was lukewarm.

Beautiful views

Entering with the codes was easy. The island condo has beautiful views. It was spacious with many thoughtful details and anything a person might need. Tim was helpful and kind. The jets in the bathtub needed to be cleaned, and the bathroom receptacle had to be reset for the guest bedroom receptacles to work. But, Tim walked us through it. There are many beautiful trails at Lake Catherine and lots of delicious restaurants and fun shops in Hot Springs. We had a lovely visit.

Beautiful place

Great location near hot springs where you can go and do stuff. The condo itself was spacious and clean - the hot tub was wonderful in the cold evenings. Owner was very friendly and quick to respond to inquiries

So-so property

My 3 friends and I felt the property was clean. We were familiar with condos in this neighborhood as we had stayed in one before. The condo was not cool when we arrived about 4:30 pm. The master bedroom was very warm and took all night to cool down. We bought an additional fan for bedroom. The condo was not cool at any time during our stay. Also it is not the red couch that is noted in the picture. As for amenities there was a VERY small coffee pot with only 2 coffee mugs in condo. We bought styrofoam cups and a Keurig coffeemaker so that we could have coffee!! I would suggest that the Host make a folder with necessary instructions and/or information about emergency numbers, good restaurants , even menus and any other helpful information.

Overall good experience

Condo was nice. Accurately described. Did have a few minor issues. One patio sliding door off the kitchen did not lock. Some construction was happening during our stay and the noise was not pleasant. Also the hot tub by the pool would not heat. Would stay again if these issues were fixed.

The condo was wonderful!

We( all 6 of us) went to Hot Springs Arkansas to visit my father. The condo was clean, had everything we needed, and right where we wanted to be. In a gated community with coded entry for each room. No cards to lose. šŸ˜ƒ Would definitely book with them again.

This is a 2nd floor unit of a 3 floor condominium. Stair and elevator access to the unit. 2nd row unit to water bank. Expectations were much higher for price paid. Unit decor suggests it was built in the 80s. Furnishings were tired and well worn. Shower in master has a jetted tub for 1 and small shower. Shower head is not meant for anyone over 5ā€™3. Single jetted tub was not used. The finish was scrubbed off in places and was probably the original tub. Towels were frayed and stunk like mildew, random sets. Canā€™t wash that out- I tried. All towels and cloths should be tossed. In the guest bathroom, there wasnā€™t even a rod for the toilet paper holder. The roll was just haphazardly stuck on the wall holder. Shower door in master doesnā€™t close all the way, water on the floor. Bed linens were old and stained. Brown stains on mattress protector in guest room and master had a pillow with brown strains. Pillows were super old and FLAT. Had to fold in half just to use. Master bed was ok. Guest bed is on risers. Fitted sheet didnā€™t fit the mattress and kept coming off. Linens in guest bedroom seemed to have oil stains from prior guest. Kitchen was decently stocked. However, much of the glassware was chipped or broken. Stacked 5 glasses in the back of the cupboard so no one in our party got cut. Living room actually has a couch and loveseat. Unit was quiet and is in a small gated community of condos. Only noise was from the highway right next to the unit.

Wonderful Stay

We really enjoyed this condo. Great location on the water. Convenient access to downtown shopping and various outdoor activities. Very comfortable lodging - great beds, TVā€™s in each room, full kitchen, etc. We particularly appreciated the comprehensive communication leading up to our arrival. Overall, a great experience.

Lake weekend

The condo was very nice and clean. It had all the supplies needed for a long weekend. The location is really great and we were given lots of information about local spots. It was so fun to watch the boats fly by and see the beautiful sunsets. We can't wait to come back!
