On A1A directly across from the ocean. 3/2 townhouse with 2 car garage. Second floor is living space with open floor plan, granite kitchen counters, stainless steel appliances, breakfast bar, big screen TV in living room, and dining table with 6 chairs. Large covered patio with table and chairs. Master bedroom is upstairs with king size bed, walk in closet and armoire for extra storage, and a flat screen TV. Large master bath with double sink vanity, over sized walk in shower, separate Jacuzzi tub, and private commode. Downstairs are 2 bedrooms, both with queen size beds, dressers and armoire. TVs in both guestrooms. There is a large second bathroom with oversize vanity, tub/shower combo. Linen closets upstairs and down. Extra indoor storage closet. Both downstairs bedrooms have sliding glass doors that open to a fenced patio deck. There is a full size air mattress for extra sleeping if needed. Full size 2 car garage with washer and dryer located in it. Beach caddy, cooler and beach chairs to use. All bed and bath linens provided. Fully equipped kitchen. Iron, ironing board and hair dryer.

All TVs have streaming service through Spectrum for live TV, 2 bedrooms have Roku and living room also has a cable box. You can watch live TV along with all your apps.

Walk across the street to a private beach with no public access. If you're looking for more activity you can walk down the beach to local hotels with beach bars and restaurants. There are also public beaches with volleyball courts a short distance away. Enjoy swimming, sunning, snorkeling, etc. Close to restaurants, shops and bike rentals. There is a marina nearby to rent boats and jet skis. Just a short drive over the causeway to historic downtown Melbourne where there are more shops including antique shops, restaurants and nightlife. Grocery stores and Wal Mart are about a 2 minute drive from the townhouse. There is a mall with Macy's department store about 10 minutes away as well as most large chain shops and restaurants close by.

Orlando theme parks including Disney, Epcot, Universal, MGM, Sea World, etc. are about an hour drive. One hour to Orlando International Airport. Sebastian Inlet, famous for surfing is about 15 minutes away. Kennedy Space Center and Port Canaveral where the cruise ships dock and depart are about a 40 minute drive north. Day and casino cruises available. World famous Ron Jon Surf Shop in Cocoa Beach is about 30 minutes away. Daytona Beach and West Palm Beach are about a 2 hour drive. Ft. Lauderdale, Miami, Jacksonville and Tampa are about a 2 1/2 to 3 hours drive.

Good stay

For us this was the best unit we have stayed in for 30 plus visits to Florida. Lisa was great to deal with. I got to stay in the Master for two weeks and loved it. It was very close to the beach, only downside was the traffic noise on the deck upstairs. We would recommend this unit to anyone!

Great place for the summer

I stayed here with some interns for the summer and this place gave us everything we wanted and more. The beach is super close, the area is really peaceful and the neighborhood is nice. Everything we needed in the kitchen was already provided, and there were some beach items in the garage we got to use too. Grocery stores and everything you need were very close by. Whenever we had any questions Lisa was very quick to respond and was always super helpful. Overall the place is beautiful, organized, and the location is amazing.

Just like home here!

This condo is stocked with everything you could want! Handy location to crosswalk to the beach. 2 bicycles, beach accessories, everything. Was able to watch several space launchs from the deck. 😊

March Florida Vacation

The property had everything we needed, and was well stocked with towels, cleaning materials, appliances, TV's, bikes, beach buggy and beach chairs, etc. Unfortunately by mid March we were unable to visit points of interest, frequent restaurants, and go to state parks because of covid-19. On a positive note the beach was just acrossthe street(A1A), and we went there on most days during the last two weeks of March.

Ocean View

Lisa's townhouse is decorated beautifully. All the furniture was comfortable. If I had any questions she was quick to answer. The only things we had problems with were the stairs, as we are both older people. Also the A1A traffic is loud, but if you keep the doors and windows open you can't hear the noise. We watched several rocket launches from the balcony too. The beach is across the street. It's a friendly quiet neighborhood.

Hidden gem close to the beach

Great property, excellent location, great host. You are right on A1A, and a small walk to the beach. One of the selling features was the location. There is a cross walk literally in front of the condo. You want this to safely cross a1a. Even though a1a is a ver busy road, the windows/slider are sound proof so you barely hear the traffic. Another feature we liked is the main living areas are on the second floor. Giving you a great view of the beach and beautiful sunrises. Not to mention you can see the awesome and quite frequent rocket launches. The property has everything you need. Just bring your bathing suits and flip flops and you are all set!! There are plenty of beach chairs. If you like to bike, you want to bring your own. There is a two garage which is perfect. Parking is very limited, so the garage serves as your parking space. The area is filled with places to eat. Some within walking distance. Supermarkets are within a 2 mile drive. Lisa was very friendly and easy to reach. She answered all our questions, and we had plenty, and addressed all our concerns very quickly. Thanks Lisa! In summary, great property. Will definitely stay again!

Bar Harbor Colony

We had a wonderful stay. This is the best stocked rental we have ever stayed in! Across the street from the ocean, literally a 3 minute walk to dip your toes in the ocean. Highly recommend!

Complete Bliss!

The owner is friendly and her property comes completely equipped for a great stay. There is a small path to the beach right across the street. The owner answers all question and couldn’t be nicer. Loved the condo! Wish I could rate more than 5 stars!

Beach House

We had an amazing stay at this property. A house closing delay left us needing a rental for 5 weeks and we came upon this listing. Clean and well decorated. Beach access across the street...A DREAM!!! Well equipped with everything you need for a beach vacation including chairs and umbrellas. Owner was very helpful and accommodating. Would highly recommend!

Amazing stay

The house was clean and fully equipped with everything we needed. It is located in a beautiful neighborhood and very close to the beach. The owner/property manager was very accommodating and pleasant. Will definitely return!!

10 comfortable weeks!

We spent 10 relaxing weeks here waiting for our new home to be finished. The house is comfortable and well aquipped. The beach is beautiful and restaurants and shopping are within easy reach. We had plenty of room for our grandchildren to visit on weekends.. Lisa, our landlady, was very helpful and accommodating.

A Great Home For Our Summer At The Beach

I stayed here with my husband and two year old son for two months during the summer, and could not have asked for a more pleasant experience. The location is fantastic, right across from the beach and convenient to everything one could need. The kitchen was supplied with all we needed to be able to cook our own meals. There were also plenty of supplies for enjoying a day at the beach. The provided WiFi was speedy enough for all we needed. Everything was clean and well-kept. Communication with the owner was smooth and easy. We thoroughly enjoyed indulging in the more relaxed pace of life that we remembered from having lived in the area ourselves for a number of years. This listing will definitely stay at the top of our list for future visits back to the area.

Great townhouse ...watch the waves

We needed a two month rental while our new home finished construction. This 3 bedroom, 2 car garage was perfect. Beautiful kitchen with granite and everything you need, beach toys, chairs and bikes for fun in the sun, towels, linens....just bring your toothbrush! Great location for shopping and dining. Only an hour from Disney attractions, 30 minutes from the cruise ship port and cape canaveral. Easy access to I-95.

Road sounds

We enjoyed also everything about our stay except the road noises, and because the unit is every close to the road. We loved the closeness of the beach, my husband loved looking for shells. All the things we needed for our stay were available to us.

Great Ocean Place!

I needed a trip to the mainland and still wanted to be by the ocean. This place was perfect. It was furnished beautifully and was equipped with all the comforts of home. The area was quiet and peaceful. The owner was very easy to work with. I will be back soon to take advantage of this hidden gem.

A GREAT PLACE TO BE!

My wife and I spent February and March at this great townhouse. Updated and modern, well kept with a great view of the ocean. We were able to meet with the owner and she was charming and very accommodating. The property is in a friendly group of townhouses with a mix of owners and renters. This a pet friendly property and work very well for us. The two car garage also a nice extra. The central location in Indialantic made convenient to the beaches, shopping and restaurants. Also, Orlando is less than hour away as is Cocoa Beach and Port Canaveral. This was the best place we've stayed in the six years going to the Melbourne area. The description of this property was right on. I would highly recommend this property. Except for the months of January, February and March when we want to be there.

Great space, updated and clean.

We were attending a wedding in the Melbourne area and6 people were staying for a week. This condo was more than we expected. The location was great and just a short walk to the beach across the street. It was very clean and well stocked. The price was better than getting 2 hotel rooms and so much more room. Lisa was great to work with,very helpful and prompt when returning messages. We would rent again.

Coming back next year

This townhouse is exactly as described, in a lovely area, across from a nice, yet not heavily used beach, extremely well stocked and the owner is great to work with! We especially enjoyed "Friday Fest" at historic Downtown Melbourne, the Ritch Grissom Memorial Wetlands in Viera (birds, alligators), walking around the laid back village of Indialantic and riding our bikes along the river. We loved it so much, in fact, that we are coming back next year.

wonderful condo

we spent the month of april 2012 at lisa,s condo. It was beautiful and spotless,We loved the fully equipped ktchen, and the master bath is fantasic.Melbourne is a great area,we enjoyed the beaches.also love that we could bring our yorkie with us. would rent again.
