This home is on a private 2.5 acre lot, and has 270° views of the mountains and valleys overlooking Farmington. Located near Chokecherry Canyon, San Juan College, Pinon Hills Golf Course, Lions Wilderness Park & Amphitheater, and several hiking and biking trails. This home also offers a perfect view of the July 4th fireworks from the back covered patio! For the off-road enthusiasts wanting to explore Chokecherry Canyon, the Glade Run Recreational area is just out the back door, you'll have several BLM access points all under 5 minutes on dirt roads.

The 2.5 acres has plenty of space to hike and explore the sandstone formations also offering a natural playground for the kids. This location is a short 3 minute drive to the future home of the Farmington, New Mexico Temple.

This Southwestern style home with great natural light has two king bedrooms, one is a master with a 5 piece attached en suite bathroom, and a bunk room that has two full and two twin beds that sleep up to 4 children or 2 adults.

The living room with a flat screen Roku TV and sitting room combined offer ample seating with a fireplace to enjoy on a chilly winter day. A hand made dinner table from Mexico that seats 8 with extra bar seating in the huge kitchen for 4 ensures seating for all.

The garage is set up with three game options to help keep the kids entertained and plenty of storage for bikes, and other outdoor gear. The in-floor radiant heating and evaporative cooling system means you can enjoy this home year around. The covered back patio has a 10 foot Colorado Pine picnic table and another table with seating for 4 providing a great place to relax taking in the views. You also have the opportunity to swap stories around a fire pit in the evening. The master bedroom also has its own private covered patio with table and chairs for coffee in the morning.

The entire exterior only of the home is under surveillance with exterior cameras located at the front door, the driveway and the covered patio area.

We are a dog friendly property; however, dogs are not to be left unattended during your stay or allowed on furniture. We have a two pet maximum, with a $25 pet fee per dog - max $50. The property is not fenced and we ask you please pick up after your dog.
