The complex is designed to lend itself to the historical flavor of Cedar Key. We are near the City park, and just a few steps away from fine restaurants, shopping and grocery store. The elevator was damaged in the last hurricane and the property does require stairs to the 3rd floor

This place was perfect for a quiet and relaxing getaway. The view was amazing! We walked to everything and never had to move the car until it was time to go home.

Yes the ocean was visible from the unit. The only problem was the tidal pool was a bit unsightly when the tide was low. The other problem was the lack of an elevator which we knew about but it was a little challenging for us older people. The property was very clean and neat. The kitchen had everything we needed. The hosts were more than terrific. They always responded well to our requests and even helped carry our luggage up to the unit for us!

Clean and cute unit, easy access. Thoughtful decorating and well-appointed. Great view! We unknowingly booked for the Pirate Invasion weekend which was a fun surprise. Our sunny deck was the perfect distance from the live music at the park.

Nice location, comfortable Condo

We stayed for 3 nights. Condo perfectly located to walk into town for shopping and dinning. We'd stay again. The condo was clean, comfotable, and had great views of the Gulf. Everything we needed for basic nessities was provided.

Great location. Excellent view.

Property was just as described and made for a relaxing long 4th of July weekend. Easy walk to the dock and downtown areas. Balcony was the perfect spot to watch the fireworks display over the water. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

Great stop, lovely view and breeze.

We had a perfect stop on the way home from visiting our kids and grandson in St. Pete. The condo was even better than described - we didn’t realize we’d have such a lovely view of the Gulf.

We had a great time and everything was as described. The property managers were polite and stayed in contact with us our entire stay. We will definitely stay here again. We saw dolphins everyday and no snakes lol. The only con or negative if you will, would be that the elevator was down and our condo was on the third floor, but we made the best of it. Thank you.

Perfect Location!

This corner unit has beautiful views of the sunrise in the east, (Correct! Sunrise on the west coast!) and the beach to the west. Super convenient to walk to all the shops & restaurants in town. We slept very well in the loft king-size bed.

quiet stay of the gulf

A great, comfortable place with great views of sunrise and sunset. Felt a little like staying on a docked ship! Cozy but with room to work (on the laptop) and a nice kitchen. Very close and walkable to restaurants. Great communication with the hosts. I will definitely return.

Super cute, beachy themed condo

This unit in particular has great views because it’s a corner which allows nice sunny view views of the water where you can see dolphins playing. The company has done a good job renovating after the horrible hurricane sometime ago and you will feel comfortable and happy with this pretty condo!! Location is great being not too close from the road and yet close enough for a quick walk over to have some great meals I definitely recommend this location and Pelican Realty!

Property was comfortable with a water view. Everything necessary for your comfort was provided. All things considered after recovery from the hurricane it was nice and relaxing. Only issue for older individuals was that our bedroom was in an upper loft with the bathroom being downstairs.

Relaxing and cozy stay

My wife and I along with our 3 year old son had a lovely stay. We enjoyed having the playground and beach only a few hundred feet away from the unit. It was a nice surprise and sweet touch to walk in to a little wedding anniversary wish they left for us. The condo is comfortable, updated, and clean. The furniture and bed is comfortable too. The views of the gulf are beautiful and we saw dolphins swimming and playing everyday. Parking is right in front of the building which is convenient and there is an elevator if you don’t want to walk up three flights of stairs. It’s a huge plus that you can walk to the nearby restaurants and shops and not have to worry about finding parking. Definitely recommend staying here for a nice getaway!

Our overall experience was very good. We were offput initially because the elevator shown in the pictures of the property was inoperable. For us, there was great difficulty accessing the 3rd story apartment by stairs, since my wife is mobility impaired and I am 70 years old. We worked past this issue and the local landlords worked hard to make the situation right. We spent most of our time on the balcony watching wildlife, which was extraordinary. There were dolphins, shore birds, wading birds, racoons, and free-tail bats in the evening. This was completely unexpected. Cedar Key has not recovered from last year's storms, so there are many closures. Bring your own food and drink from the mainland, since restaurant options are very limited. Expect a most enjoyable stay in a beautiful spot on the Nature Coast!

Nice location, beautiful view, saw dolphins & a whale from the deck! The owners are clearly working on upgrading the home. It was clean and comfortable. Some nice touches like local Cedar Key Coffee, and a nice book with restaurants etc. listed. The exterior is a little rough...elevator inoperable (so 3 flights up with luggage), deck was solid but appears sketchy and significantly out of level - looks like the recent storms have been tough on the exterior of all of the units and the whole cedar key area. Recommend some more end tables inside and out, only one table to put a drink on inside and we used our cooler outside as there were no tables at all. Also only one ice cube tray, but communication was excellent, and they already said they were ordering more. Cedar Key is a lovely "old florida" destination with rich history and a really cute vibe. Don't expect fancy - Cedar Key is perfect in it's rustic, charming, down home self. You'll meet some characters too!
