Hi, Helga, My apologies for the inconveniences you experienced while staying at our home. We take great care in making sure our guests have a pleasant stay. Although the neighborhood is normally quiet and relaxing, we have no control or knowledge of neighboring homes having loud parties. We are sorry to hear about the cold you experienced inside the home; the home is equipped with central A/C & a heat system, so it was just a matter of turning on the heater, and we could have guided you on how to turn it on had you reached out to me regarding this issue. Plus, in the master bedroom’s closet, there were extra blankets and sheets. The master bedroom, along with the other rooms, have dimmable lights, and may have been set to a darker setting - making the room feel too dark for your liking. You did reach out to me regarding the dishwasher pods running out, and we made sure to get more delivered within a couple of hours. So had you reached out to us about any other issue you were having, we would have taken care of them right away. We thank you for having stayed at our home and having been great guests.
