Lake living at its finest on Beautiful Logan Martin Lake. Enjoy everything from fishing, swimming, boating or simply relaxing. This lakefront dream home comes equipped with an outdoor fireplace, large yard with room for games. The main level offers a fully equipped kitchen, large dining area, den, master bedroom with king sized and full bath. The upstairs has 3 bedrooms, kids tv room with game table for puzzles and games, a laundry room (with two cots) and a full bath.

The space
Come make memories at this beautiful lake front home with lots of windows to see beautiful Logan Martin Lake. Upstairs patio stretches across the entire back of the house with beautiful views of the sunset over the lake. Huge deck for grilling, sun bathing, corn hole, games and entertaining. Great private dock with boat slip. Enjoy everything from fishing, swimming, boating or simply relaxing. There is an outdoor fireplace area near the water. The large yard has room for frisbee, throwing football/baseball, horseshoes, corn hole and more.

The main level offers a fully equipped kitchen, large dining area (dining table seats 10, high top table seats 4, counter seats 4), den, master bedroom with king sized pillow top bed and full bath. The upstairs has 3 bedrooms (one with queen bed, another with two Sleep Number twin beds, and one large bunk room with two twin over two full bunk beds), kids tv room with
game table for puzzles and games, a laundry room (with two cots) and a full bath.

Outdoor space
Bring your boats and water craft! The pier has tie downs. Great outdoor space with awesome views of Logan Martin Lake and Clear Creek with all year deep water. Plenty of parking for boat and company.

Great getaway

I would highly recommend staying at, the property. it was as advertised clean,spacious and very well appointed. the only suggestion that I would have is that for the televisions you have instructions as some work properly and some of the others were very difficult to obtain the corect channels ;other than that it was a great stay and I would highly recommend it for fun

Great family house

The house has a great space for families! We rented for our family of 6 and wow! It was actually too much space!! We highly recommend for a family rental! This is a cousin house for sure! The bunk room easily held 10 kids and there are two queen/king rooms and a huge laundry room with two trundles! If it had a 1/2 bath it would be perfect! The kitchen/dining room are massive, you can host and feed probably 15-20ppl!! It is an amazing lake house and though we only came for a weekend it would be an awesome week long summer getaway!!

A Little Dated

Overall the house was perfect for our weekend to attend a friend's wedding. House is definitely a bit more worn than the photos show it to be. Would have liked clearly stated checkout procedures. We stripped the beds and took out the trash as we've done in other rentals.

Beautiful view but disappointed with house

House needs a lot of updating. Floors were dirty. Glasses in the kitchen cabinets were not all clean. Only 6 thin bath towels were provided. Front door keypad did not work upon arrival but fortunately lower level did. Outdoor seating was minimal. Yard was not mowed and landscape was full of weeds. The property manager phone number provided was disconnected. Lake view was lovely. Definitely not recommended for anybody who might have difficulty with stairs.

Lake House

The lake house Manager told us that the lake house could handle 8 to 9 boats and we had to park in the yard. I messaged the Manager and asked if it was okay to park in the yard with no response. The upstairs AC wasn't working and sewage backed up in the downstairs tube, water was coming up under the toilet. We couldn't use the downstairs bathroom and the kitchen sink whichis downstairs. I reached out to the offices Manager and called the contact # with no luck. It's now 11 hours later and I still haven't got a response.

Met our needs, but have to be honest

Staying for wedding weekend at a venue about 25 minutes away. The house was fine for our needs. The downstairs living/kitchen area was large and comfortable with plenty of seating, appliances, and kitchens items. However, arrived on Thursday to uncut grass maybe because of rainy weather (was cut Saturday afternoon) and moldy coffee grounds in the coffee maker. The beds upstairs weren't comfortable. Twin sleep number beds in one room weren't plugged in and were deflated. Bunk beds were hard and squeaky. The provided roll away cots were more comfortable than the beds. As stated, our needs were met, but not as comfortably as we had hoped. The property manager responded quickly to our need to arrive a day earlier than expected. We enjoyed our time together as a family, and appreciate being able to find a place close to our event that would accommodate all of us.

Beautiful house, lots of room!

We came to visit family and this house was perfect for us. The spacious kitchen/dining area accommodated us well during meal times, game time, and visiting. The outside areas were also spacious with enough seating. We really enjoyed fishing from the dock! There were a few minor things that were broken or missing from past tenants but I brought it to the owners attention and they have a team working on it to get those things in order before the next tenants arrive. The owner was very responsive to my messages and questions during the stay. The only downfall to the property was the very steep incline of the driveway and the yard. This is not ideal for older people. Grandma had to stay on the house level and was not able to make it down the back stairs to get to the water. The driveway is very lumpy and steep and was a little scary to try to turn around with my boat trailer on the back, but they did have a parking stall next to the lower level of the house, this way grandma could get out of the car and walk right onto the kitchen floor of the house, or she could park on the top and walk into the top floor of the house. The stairs going from upstairs to downstairs are very steep, again, not for older people. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home and make memories with our family.
