Breezy Bay Cottage - Lake Nokomis - Tomahawk, ~WI

Breezy Bay Cottage, formerly Unit 7 of Breezy Bay Resort, is a 2 bedroom, 1 bath, 4 season, air conditioned cottage. It is part of the Breezy Bay Condominiums that has access to 700 feet of prime shared frontage on Lake Nokomis. Since majority of our guests are repeat customers, our cottage books up fast. If you need additional space or if we are booked, we can coordinate rentals of other cottages like mine or a large lake home on Lake Nokomis.

- Contains over 34 miles of shoreline
- Max depth 33 feet, average depth about 12 feet
- Part of the 4000+ acre Rice Flowage/Reservoir - water levels do fluctuate
- Public boat landings and recreational facilities available
- Class A1 Musky lake
- Excellent Walleye, Crappie, Northern Pike, Panfish, and Bass fishing

Cabin Accommodations: Queen beds in both bedrooms. Reclining sofa and recliner in living room. One bathroom with tub/shower. Ceiling fans in living room and bedrooms. Mini Split Air Conditioner. Two color cable TV's and one DVD player. All bedding, dishes, cookware, toaster, coffeemaker, utensils, microwave, stove, and refrigerator. Outdoor accommodations include a charcoal grill, picnic table, 14' aluminum row boat, paddle boat, fire ring, 40' dock, and a 10' X 20' patio area.

Beautiful Summer Get Away

It was a fabulous vacation! Enjoyed the eagles calls in the morning and the loon in the evening..Great for kayaking and boating..So relaxing will definitely be back next year.

Clean, Cozy Cabin

My partner and our two boys (9 & 7) had a lovely stay. The cabin was clean and cozy, and even better than the pictures show. We loved the view, enjoyed fishing off the dock and the beach, and taking the row boat out on the beautiful lake. Thank you for sharing this space with us!

Great Cabin for a Family Weekend

Great place to stay if you are interested in parking the car and hanging out all weekend. We had lots of fun on the ice, and we were able to cover a lot of ground just walking out. We will certainly be back.

Great place and location..

Stayed here recently on a snowmobile trip and it’s a perfect location. Close to town, restaurants & bars , next to the trails, and on the lake.. The cottage is very comfortable and peaceful.. Thanks again for sharing you cottage!

Relaxing place in the Northwoods

We absolutely loved staying in Breezy Bay and think you have one of the best of the cabins - the sun off the patio for supper, the quiet bay side, the breeze that flows through the cabins (esp. on hot days), the nice interior and furniture you have provided and especially the paddle boat and aluminum boat which were a big draw for us (not having to find a public dock etc.) to use our electric motor. We had a blast and it was sooooo relaxing. I can't tell you how much we enjoyed the place and the people we met, there and in town - better than a previous cruise we went on!!"

Highly recommended!

We really enjoyed our stay at Breezy Bay. The cottage is well equipped with everything we need and it is very clean. The property is located for private relaxation and fishing. Everything went perfectly for our stay.

My aunt purchased a lake home in 2001 and I always wanted to own a cottage on Lake Nokomis myself and on June 2006, that dream came true. I take a lot of pride in ownership of my cottage and want to share my piece of the northwoods for others to enjoy and make memories also. 90% of my renters are repeats which speaks for itself. I have been accused by many of my new renters as "bad at marketing" because they are very pleasantly surprised by the accommodations. My wife and I went on our honeymoon in Jamaica in 2004 and the resort that we booked was nothing like what the pictures looked like. I do not want my guests to have that experience. Since we do have mostly repeat customers, our bookings fill up fast. If we are booked during the timeframe you want, we will work with you to find another place to rent to suit your needs.
