Just a 5 min walk from Front Street, this luxury unit has everything you need to experience the perfect get-away trip to Traverse City, Michigan. Conveniently located in the heart of Old Town- this apartment is a walker's paradise. It's close to shopping, the beach, theaters, and TONS of bars and restaurants, making it perfect for singles, couples, and small families to explore year-round.

Our unit is light & bright year-round and located on the 3rd floor. (stairs only access)

OUR SPACE:
This immaculate one-bedroom, one-bathroom condo boasts a fully-equipped kitchen (including staple items such as spices, olive oil, and multiple coffee options for quiet mornings), a comfortable and relaxing living space with a pull-out couch (full size) and an electric fireplace & TV for streaming your favorite shows after a day of exploring. The spacious bedroom with the most comfortable king sized bed and a spa-like bathroom (complete with organic products) complete the unit.

We believe in using natural and sustainable cleaning products to create a safe living environment for our guests. We opt for eco-friendly products whenever possible to ensure we are minimizing our impact.

We had a great time exploring the traverse city area. It was a nice home base and easy to walk into town. The sheets were the softest sheets Iā€™ve ever felt and Iā€™m kicking myself for not checking the tags before we left! Comfortable bed and well stocked kitchen. Overall great stay!

Our stay here was wonderful, no complaints! We planned last minute for an Anniversary weekend trip and this was perfect, comfortable size place, well equipped kitchen and king size bed. And the location made it possible to walk just about everywhere we wanted to go!

The condo was modern and nicely furnished with a large bathroom; a bedroom with a King Size bed, chest of drawers and plenty of closet space; and a washer and dryer. It was ideally located in that we could walk to the Clinch Park beach, the downtown shopping district, the Boardman trails, and many nice restaurants and pubs. Free parking was not always available due to competition for limited spots, but a public parking garage was next door. We would definitely stay there again.

Awesome stay!

We really enjoyed our stay here. Kitchen was fully stocked so we didnā€™t have to eat out every day if we didnā€™t want to. Itā€™s in a really great location and we walked all over town. Anywhere we wanted to go was within a 10 minute walk. The host is very lovely, responsive, and answered all our questions. Would highly recommend!

Great vacation unit

This unit was wonderful! Unit was immaculate and very nicely appointed. From the full-sized bath towels, to the well-equipped kitchen, this unit was excellent! The communication with the hosts was seamlessā€¦messages were answered within minutes of being sent. There was nothing that we needed that we didnā€™t find in the unit. We look forward to returning!

Good for an overnight visiting friends

We used to live in NW Michigan and the price, location, and area fit our needs we'll. The rooms were clean, and the accommodations were better than a similarly priced hotel.

Long weekend in TC

This was a wonderful property for our long weekend getaway. It was extremely clean and has been thoughtfully set up for ease and comfort in mind for the guest. We werenā€™t sure we would get a parking spot, in the back lot, but one quickly became available. We were able to walk all over downtown from here and felt comfortable and safe doing so. We would highly recommend this property and will stay again, in the future. Thank you for a great trip!

Great condo and location!

We really enjoyed our stay for a last minute getaway! The condo is so clean, and the decor is tasteful and relaxing. Kimberly is an excellent communicator and quick to take care of whatever you need. We've stayed at several places in this complex, and this is definitely the best! We are looking forward to returning!

Perfect Walkable Weekend Anniversary Getaway

Kimberly was a phenomenal host, her descriptions, attentiveness and our overall experience was top notch. The property is perfect for a quick walk to Front Street and the waterfront in general. It was quiet, safe, very clean and one of the best VRBO's we have stayed in to date!

The property was exactly as advertised. Super clean and well maintained and stocked. Everthing worked perfectly. Also it was pleasantly quiet for a condominium property. Clean/organized/great location

My husband and I stayed for a long weekend to tour the peninsulas. It was a great central location. As we entered we were greated with a welcome basket of treats. The condo was so clean and organized. The decor was very up to date and welcoming. We also enjoyed being able to walk downtown to all the shops, restaurants, and waterfront. We would stay again for sure.
