Condo unit 204 is a renovated second-floor condo featuring 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. It features beautiful beach views from it's private balcony, which features two chairs and a table. The wonderful living area features a great fireplace and a cozy setting for lounging or talking. The entire unit feels well cared for and loved by its owners - especially the new and gorgeous glass and tile-accented shower and bathroom.

We enjoyed our stay very much! Clean unit that was perfect for our needs and friendly and helpful staff! The pool was also a huge added bonus in an already beautiful setting!

Very clean accommodations. Lovely water views. Bed was comfortable. It was nice to have an elevator to get to the upper floors.

First time in Traverse city

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful lake views at this property, spacious balcony. The location is convenient to many restaurants and shops and it was easy to find our way around, we did not use the pool, so not sure if it is heated or not. The only negative is the road noise, being some type of ear plugs to help you to sleep!

Thank you for the feedback. YES, the pool is heated to 85, sorry you missed out on that. The building is a bit older and as units update we encourage them to insulate the subfloor for noise reduction Jamie Gm

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Awesome views from the back deck balcony. the staff was inviting and friendly. the condo was clean, neat, and maintained well. Only complaint, well suggestion more so, stock with more toiletries ( a few extra rolls of toilet paper). But overall a great location, would highly recommend and will re visit again.

Cute Beach Getaway

We came here for our one year anniversary and it was so lovely. The amenities were great and the room itself was gorgeous. We loved the private beach access.

TC Getaway

It was very affordable with a great view of the bay. We especially enjoyed the fireplace. Perfect for our weekend of hiking and wine tasting.

A perfect tiny family stay

It was lovely! The condo was smaller than it looks online, but it was adorable and we slept well! The kids loved the pull out couch!

Thank you for your feedback. The second floor one bedroom units are perfect for couples. Next time give one of our larger 1st or 3rd floor units a look. They are bigger and would suit a family a bit better. We are glad your kids had fun and hope to see you again. Jamie GM

Best place to stay in Traverse City!

Property was spotless! Recently renovated so it felt new and fresh. Unit has a fully equipped kitchen and a lovely balcony with a wonderful bay view. Staff is exceptional. Location is ideal for visiting the wineries.

Little kids were able to be out into the bay about 100 yards and water only up to their legs. The entire place was really clean and hotel staff are very helpful! Great customer service!
