Enjoy this spectacular newly built home that sits on five acres of land in Northview Estates, which is one mile from Zoni Beach. The great room has vaulted ceilings with open floor plan living area. It has retractable glass doors that open up to the large patio and pool area, ideal for relaxing and taking in all the gorgeous scenery. Kitchen is equipped with a six burner Thermador range with grill, along with other high end appliances. All of the bedrooms have air conditioners, ensuite bathrooms, with two of them having gorgeous outdoor showers with magnificent views. The property is self sufficient, with solar panels and 3 Tesla batteries, and a 50,000 gallon cistern with state of the art filtration system.

The host went above and beyond to make sure that our stay was perfect. The home was everything in the pictures and more. It is a very quiet area. The views were amazing. Will definitely be coming back to Culebra and hopefully this home is available when that day comes.

I almost don't want to write a review because I want to be selfish and keep this incredible property as low key as possible. But I can't do that to the host/ property owner because their house is absolutely incredible! The pictures don't do this house justice. It was as close to perfect for what I was looking for as any place could have been. The breeze through the house, the jaw dropping view from the house and pool, the kitchen that made meal prep so fun and easy, and the host taking care of us every step of the way. You can't ask for a better home or host!

The best place ever

This is honestly the best home rental we have ever had. The home was beautiful, the view was absolutely amazing and Terry was so kind and generous. The kitchen/home was very well stocked. We went to the beach every day and then returned back to the pool and view in the afternoon. We had a fabulous time and didn't want to leave.

I can’t recommend this house enough. The entire experience was flawless. The house itself was perfect with a breathtaking view. Both Mary (owner) and Jim (on site) were super friendly, responsive and professional. We will definitely be back!

Amazing stay in paradise

This gorgeous property has everything you need to relax and feel right at home. The kitchen is stocked with every imaginable appliance and tool needed to make fresh meals. Terry is a wonderful hostess. She brought us fresh veggies (the best mixed greens ever!), basil, and bok choy. She also showed my husband around the farm and let us pick mangos right off the tree (we are now spoiled- nothing is like fresh mangos!) Zoni beach is only a mile walk away with incredible sites along the way. We were lucky enough to come across some horses one night on our walk and one let us get close enough to get a quick horsey hug. The others were smart and stayed in the distance. It was wonderful having 3 separate bedrooms each with their own large bathrooms so that everyone could have their own space when needed. Of course, we all preferred to sit out by the pool and look at the view of the cove most of the time. We can't wait to return for a longer stay.

A house for a memorable vacation

We just got back from a 12 day memorable vacation in the island of Culebra. As you walk into the house you are awed by the beauty of the architecture and fine craftmanship employed in every detail. The tall wood ceilings coupled by vast glass windows bring the surrounding scenery into your daily life like a calming balm. A panoramic view of the island extending towards the horizon seems like a live mural that changes with the natural light from dawn to dusk. And a vast swimming pool is part of the scenery for further enjoyment. Since we like to cook, we appreciated the kitchen as much as the pool. It's equipped to a chef's expectations. Plus, the hosts support and attention to details makes this the perfect house for an extended vacation to remember forever. Oh, the night skys are breathtaking. Just turn off every light in the house and lay back on the pool side to travel into the infinity of constellations with the Milky Way. Next year we will probably extend our stay a few days longer. All we can say now is 'thank you'.

A beautiful house in a beautiful location with great hosts

This is a spectacularly beautiful spot in Culebra, overlooking a bay and with another vista out to Vieques. The pictures are accurate but can hardly do justice to the whole feeling of being on top of a breezy beautiful hill with the pool looking out to the distance. A short jaunt to Zoni Beach, our favorite spot on the island; and of course easy to get anywhere else. Would recommend jeep > golf cart—the road up is paved but steep and there are other dirt and bumpy roads nearby. Can’t say enough about the kind hospitality of Mary, Terry, and Dennis; the latter two live next door and if you’re lucky you might get some milk and eggs and cheese from their small organic farm. The whole area is remarkably quiet—the neighbors are far or quiet, too dry for coqui frogs, and the roosters live a ways down the hill; the only big noisemaker is a peacock who wanders about and announces his presence in the morning and evening, sounding like a very loud Siamese cat. The only challenge is motivating yourself to leave the place to go on other adventures; there are worse problems to have in a rental house. We loved it and only our rapidly-won affection for our hosts would motivate us to leave a review at all; otherwise we would want to keep it secret.
