Main Living Level:
The journey begins at the split-level entry, offering a convenient hall closet to store your outdoor gear. Ascend to the bright, open-concept living area where soaring vaulted ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows create an airy, inviting atmosphere. Cozy up by the large rock-surround wood-burning fireplace, or enjoy a drink at the wet bar. The adjacent dining area and upgraded, fully equipped kitchen make entertaining a breeze. For extra space, the separate den provides a quiet nook for reading or serves as an additional sleeping area with its comfortable sofa bed. A convenient half-bath is also located on this level.

Outdoor Living:
Step out onto the peaceful back deck to grill on the BBQ or lounge in the California sunshine while enjoying the serene surroundings.

Lower Level Bedrooms:
Primary Suite: Features a King-size bed, a private sitting area, a full ensuite bath, and a small private deck for morning coffee.
Guest Bedrooms: Two flexible guest rooms feature conversion beds that can be configured as either two Kings or four Twins to suit your group's specific needs.
Bunk Room: A dedicated bunk room for the kids!
Guest Bath: These rooms all share a large, modern full bathroom at the end of the hallway.

Rocky Ridge is a gated 60-acre community in Tahoe City bordering State Forest land, offering immediate access to hiking and mountain biking trails. Residents and guests enjoy premium amenities, including two seasonal swimming pools and spas, tennis and basketball courts, a playground, Bocce Ball, and a private beach with a pier, clubhouse, and volleyball court.

Our open-concept, two-story rentals feature vaulted mountain-style ceilings, rock fireplaces, and fully equipped kitchens. Each unit includes high-speed Wi-Fi, an in-unit washer/dryer, and all linens. Please note that homes are equipped with central heat and fans, while A/C is rare in Tahoe, we’ve provided fans to keep that fresh mountain air circulating!

Wonderful stay. Excellent amenities on the property grounds. Clean condo. If traveling with a group know that the walls are thin and you can hear every movement upstairs when trying to sleep downstairs. Other than that, super stay.

Great family and friends getaway

The place was clean, well-appointed, and plenty large for our group of six adults plus kids. And the location was great—just a short drive into Tahoe City. Host was very responsive and we had no issues.

This property exceeded my expectation. Extremely clean, comfortable & spacious. Often times rentals will say "well stocked kitchen" but only have a few pots and pans and missing all the essentials..not this kitchen! More than enough of everything to prepare a Thanksgiving meal and more. I look forward to coming back. Thank you to the property management for a seamless arrive with well communicated and on time emails with all the info.

Fantastic rental

The only problem we had was it was very difficult to find an night when snow was covering street signs etc. A map of rocky ridge complex would have been helpful.

Pretty Good Except

However, the description is not fully accurate. There is no heat in the bunk room. When one room suddenly becomes unavailable because the kids are cold, that really messes up the experience. Therefore, I’d be very careful booking an O’Neal property as the description isn’t fully accurate.

We are sorry you did not have heat in the bunk room. There is a space heater in that room specifically for that reason. If it was removed from the room or not in the unit, you could have simply let us know; we have extras at our office that we would have been happy to bring to you.

It was unseasonable cool this year so we did not use the private beach or pool as much as we would have liked but they looked great. For mtn bikers there is good riding right out the front door in Burton Creek State Park. Would recommend to friends.

The hosts are terrible. They will over charge u extra money even if you leave a blanket on the couch like why are we paying the cleaning fees if they are gonna charge for basic cleaning. Make sure don’t book with this company. They will make up bunch of lie to try to over charge you.

We aim to provide clear expectations and fair policies for all our guests. As noted in our rental agreement, extra fees are only assessed when clear damage or extreme lease violations occur. In this case, charges were applied due to early unauthorized check-in, damaged furniture, and excessive mess that required specialized deep cleaning far beyond standard turn services. We maintain high standards for our property and enforce these policies to ensure the home remains in excellent condition for future guests.

Excellent experience

loved the property. Amenities and condo was just as described and was excellent. Only suggestion would be to include a map of the property with the check in process. Also to make the house numbers more visible. We checked in late and searched for a long time for our condo, including getting out of the car and walking around to find the correct number. The house numbers blended in with the house decor and were barely visible in daylight and almost impossible to see in the dark. But would highly recommend staying in this condo complex

I can’t say enough lol! Great location! Quiet, safe & beautiful. We came with my 2 little girls, hubby, mom & MIL. The home was perfect, clean & fully equipped. We all had such a great time. I will be definitely back in the winter. Little thing that can be fixed is the Squeaky master bed lol. This is booked up most of the time in the summer. Beautiful trails to walk. Very very safe for children. They have multiple pools, tennis court, pickle ball court & a playground! If you come , you will not be disappointed. I hope you enjoyed my review. Will stay again

Great stay. Home was clean, kitchen was well stocked, and location was good. We were 6 adults and 3 kids (3 and under) and there was ample space. Only thing is that one bedroom with bunk beds does not have heat. There’s a small space heater but during our stay it dropped to 10 degrees and that room had a cold draft. Otherwise the house was great and we plan to stay again. If AC is installed we would stay during summer months too!

Our vacation at Rocky Ridge # 113

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Rocky Ridge is a beautiful gated community near Tahoe City. The views of the lake on the ride up to the condos is magnificent. It has 2 pools and the lakeside pool is very nice. 113 is a very spacious condo located on the top of the hill right next to the State trail. I mention this cause we had 2 events with black bears. Be sure to lock your car doors cause I can vouch for the fact that they know how to open the doors.The condo has plenty of towels & linens, but the kitchen could use some new pots and pans. We also had an issue with the refrigerator not cooling on our arrival. We had to get some ice and an extra cooler to keep our diary products from spoiling .

Is a family oriented property near to the stores and beaches. The cabin was for perfect for our party of 7, which was clean and with all the things that you need to have a good time.
