Remodeled and GORGEOUS home located in desirable Dollar Point! Walking distance to the bike trail to Tahoe City, and minutes from downtown Tahoe City, and only minutes from the Lake.

This large family home will suit you and your group perfectly. The entire home has been remodeled and designed to ensure you and your guests have the space and functionality of a high end home. The open concept kitchen, living room, and dining space allows for everyone to enjoy their vacation and be together to create new memories to last a lifetime!

Location: Our home is centrally located on the North Shore of Lake Tahoe just 2 miles North of Tahoe City in the Dollar Point community. It is only a few blocks from the Tahoe City paved trail system and the XC Nordic Center. It is less than 30 minutes to Palisades Tahoe, Alpine Meadows, Northstar, and casinos.

Parking:
There is available parking for 1 car in the garage, and 3 cars in the driveway. No street parking per county ordinance.
Prepare for mountain or winter weather driving in winter months. This may mean Four wheel drive with snow tires or chains. Check weather or road reports. AWD and 4WD necessary to get up the mountain roads and some driveways in the winter months.

Other things to Note:
* Renters must be 25+
* This is a non-smoking home.
* Pets are not allowed at this home.
* Maximum Occupancy per county ordinance is 8 adults.
* Use of the BBQ is not guaranteed in winter months, due to limited access.
* Use of outdoor furniture is not guranteed in the winter.
* Like most homes/condos in Tahoe, this one does not have Air Conditioning. There will be fans available for your use!
* Your safety matters. This property may features exterior security cameras. The cameras are outward facing and do not look into interior spaces. The cameras will continuously record video and sound while guests are in residence.

We loved this stay. The place was super clean, cozy, and at a great location. We were greeted with a sweet gift and message which was super appreciated. Everything went smoothly, would definitely stay here again.

Awesome property in north Lake Tahoe. Super pretty community.. dollar point, higher end feel with uniform streets. Home was super comfortable and nicely appointed. We loved our stay. Jacuzzi was a big plus!

It was perfect for us. The location was excellent. Close to the beach, biking and hiking trails. Management was excellent, helping us clean up after the bear. We tried to trap the mouse with a no kill trap but were unsuccessful.

Great house to hang out with family and close to slopes!

We came on a spring ski weekend. We took a nice walk on the beach by the lake in Dollar Point. Was super easy to get to Pallisades each day. We did a puzzle with the kids and cooked dinners and dyed easter eggs in the kitchen-living room room. Was lovely!

Great family home in Tahoe City!

We stayed here for 4 nights with 2 families of 4 people - 4 adults and 4 kids and it worked out great! The house was updated and lovely! Only qualm was no A/C and it was HOT when we stayed but we know it’s hard to find that in mountain towns. Would definitely recommend!

Great spot for a girls weekend!

The house was beautiful, clean, a great size, and in a good location. The kitchen has everything you’d need to cook meals in and the hot tub was a great addition! Only things to note - we ran out of all paper products (toilet paper and paper towels) during our stay and had to buy our own, and make sure you pack all bathroom necessities as they were not provided for both bathrooms.

Perfect place for a quick summer getaway

I couldn't believe our luck that we were able to find this gem on such short notice. We took our 3 boys plus they each brought a friend and we all fit perfectly. It's very conveniently located to Tahoe city and we scouted over to Incline as well. Would happily return!

Clean comfortable home in nice neighborhood

We enjoyed this rental. Nice location close to Tahoe City. Good neighborhood. Comfortable beds. Liked the kitchen. Could use more and larger coffee cups and was expecting shampoo. Would definitely rent this home again.

Family-Friendly Home

We had a pleasant stay at this family-friendly home. The house was clean and well-maintained, and the fenced backyard was perfect for our kids to play in the snow. The location couldn't have been better – it was close to the beach, restaurants, grocery stores, and only a 15-minute drive to both Alpine and Palisades.However, we did have an issue with the master bedroom mattress, which was sagging and uncomfortable. We ended up sleeping in one of the downstairs bedrooms instead. A new mattress in the master bedroom would greatly improve the overall experience.

Great place & location!

The place we stayed was beautiful. Updated appliances, comfortable beds, gorgeous bathrooms. Great location, great neighborhood. Really close to the tennis club & pool (even though the pool was only open for lap swimming during COVID.) We had a great time at the private beach and Tahoe City. If anything, I wish they had more supplies on hand (toilet paper, paper towels, cleaning wipes, etc.) But overall, we were very satisfied & would definitely stay here again!

Issue which can be easily corrected

The lay out of the house was nice and the location was great. Kitchen was fine too with most everything we needed to cook meals. My friend stayed in the master bedroom and I stayed in the spare with the double bed. the blanket on the bed was not washed because there were a few strands of hair that were not mine and a rough stain on the blanket. My friend did not have the same experience in the master bedroom and the rest of the house seemed clean.

Lovely home, hot tub didn’t work

We had a nice stay at this beautiful home. Loved the neighborhood and the amenities of the house. However, the hot tub did not work during our entire stay. We had pretty quick and clear communication with the property managers, but there was some miscommunication about if the hot tub had been fixed and if another maintenance person was coming out. They let our group check our a few hours late to make up for the hot tub which was appreciated. Overall nice spot!

Great location and very nice house!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Visited in the winter on a ski trip to Palisades. The house is in a great location to get to both Tahoe City and the mountain. We were there during a storm and the double garage along with frequent plows clearing both the driveway and the streets made our trip very smooth. Hot tub is also a wonderful addition. Kitchen is very large and easily fit our party of 8. Management was very nice and helpful throughout the trip. Would highly recommend this property.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: What a Beautiful Cabin. The floors and wood work in the cabin gave it a wonderful cabin feel. We loved the heated bathroom floors. Our family of 8 fit perfectly and let us enjoyed our 4 night stay. The cabin was very clean and fresh. The lake view out the kitchen window was so wonderful to look at as we cooked and worked in the kitchen. The Rental service has made everything so easy and smooth from check in to check out. Perfect Vacation Home!

The property exceeded every expectation that we had. Very comfortable, roomy but cozy living area. Kitchen was amazing with quality appliances and extremely well equipped with everything you could think of. One of the best equipped kitchens of the many VRBO rentals we have stayed. Even had a small view of the lake from the kitchen, what a surprise! Bathrooms were fabulous just like the pictures show! The luxury of all the upgrades throughout truly shows. The hot tub was a perfect 104 degrees all the time and had really powerful jets to relax our bodies after skiing. The location just a couple miles north of Tahoe city was fantastic. This was one of the best VRBO rentals we have ever experienced out of the many! This was perfect for two of us but would accommodate more very comfortably.

Beautiful home

We really enjoyed our stay. The home was spotless, had everything we needed, and was very comfortable. The kitchen was spacious and had everything we needed to make meals. The master bath was large and had a really nice shower and tub. The kids enjoyed the bunk beds. We also really appreciated the washer/dryer. The property manager was very responsive when we needed some help with the tv. The only slight negatives were the highway noise due to the proximity and no A/C. We left the windows open at night for cool air which helped a lot, so that became a non-issue. The home was in a nice neighborhood, a short distance from Tahoe City and 13 minutes to King’s Beach. It was a beautiful home and we would definitely recommend staying here.

Great house with a few cut corners

Overall this was a very nice house. The location was excellent, and the house was comfortable and (for the most part) very well-appointed. The property management staff were all extremely responsive and friendly, and were able to quickly address a couple of issues that came up.The one downside of the house that the owners or property managers cut corners in a few places. The TV was too old to connect to most modern streaming services. The toilet paper and paper towels were all one-ply, the kitchen came with only one very small sponge for cleaning dishes, and there was no shampoo or conditioner. These were small items, but in an otherwise-luxurious property they really stood out. For how much money was clearly spent on the property (and for how much we paid), this seemed unnecessary penny-pinching.This house was maybe 98% perfect. I'd encourage the owners and managers to invest the little bit extra to close the gap and make it a place for a 5-star vacation.
