This is one of the nicest 3 Bed / 2 Bath condos in Summerwind. This unit sleeps 10 but is a bit less expensive than a 3 Bedroom / 3 Bath Unit at Summerwind Resort. This unit with an over-sized balcony includes the best of everything! We are located on the 7th floor of the center tower.

Summerwind Condominiums is located on the Gulf of Mexico on a barrier reef island between the Navarre Beach State Park and the Gulf Islands National Seashore.

Daily beach service, March 1st - October 31st, include 2 chairs, 1 umbrella, a table, and an hour per day of paddle boarding during your stay!!!

The Summerwind towers are located closest to local restaurants, convenience store and the longest (and newly rebuilt) pier in Florida! The convenient bar/restaurant at the pier will be a favorite during your stay. Enjoy romantic dining here while overlooking the beach and emerald waters.


Summerwind's location is also close to jet ski, catamaran and board rental. Pro shop, gift shop and fishing facilities make it the ideal location in Navarre. Paved jogging and biking trails continue all the way to Pensacola with views of the gulf and the sound at each side. Miles of these paved trails take you to additional picnic areas and beaches along the way.

This luxurious 3 bedroom, 2 bath, 1200 square foot unit features a balcony with the most panoramic view of the gulf. The beautiful kitchen is fully equipped with new appliances and quality cookware that make dining in a pleasure. The new full-size washer and dryer in the laundry room make doing laundry a breeze. Key pad entrance lock eliminates the need for each person to take a key to the beach.

The master bedroom features a king size bed, flat screen TV, ceiling fan and walk-in closet. Floor to ceiling glass doors open to Gulf side balcony. The master bedroom bath offers a walk-in shower with glass doors and a double sink vanity.

The second bedroom includes (2) double beds that sleep 4 adults comfortably. Ceiling fan, closet and a TV. The 2nd Bedroom Bath includes a private bathtub/shower and vanity with plenty of room to get cleaned up after a day at the beach. The third room is a bunk room and features bunk beds, a dresser and TV. The living room features a ceiling fan, an entertainment center with a 55" cable TV and DVD player. High speed internet is complimentary. Sofa pulls out to a generous full sized comfortable bed.

This island getaway resort has fast elevators, convenient luggage carts and a covered loading/unloading area for added convenience along with a beach store on property.
