Our bright 1,400-square-foot home combines the character of a classic California beach cottage with the conveniences guests appreciate today. Hardwood floors, comfortable furnishings, an updated kitchen, remodeled bathrooms, and inviting gathering spaces make it easy to settle in and relax.

Because everything is on one level, the home works well for families with young children, grandparents, and anyone who prefers to avoid stairs.
