Tia is a great host ... pleasant, accommodating, and prompt to respond. The check-in process was very smooth. The neighborhood is nice, and it's an easy 10 min walk to the Inner Harbor. What was disappointing, especially for the price we paid, was the condition of the house and amenities. The housekeepers had done a thorough, satisfactory cleaning of the entryway, sitting area, kitchen and bathrooms. But, as others have mentioned, the carpets throughout, and the unholstered dining room furniture, were BADLY stained. There were a number of broken blinds, some with and others without an attempt to repair them with tape, giving an untidy, sloppy feel. The biggest lack was in the kitchen. There were 8 of us, but there was only a place setting of dinner plates and bowls for 4. There were 6 drinking glasses (mismatched), and no dish towels. Fortunately, my son and his family had not yet left home to join us when I discovered the scarcity of tableware, so I called and asked my daughter-in-law to bring four bowls so we could each have one for our cereal for the next two mornings.I also asked her to bring dishtowels and cloths, since the dishwasher has a wrinkled, stained, obviously old sign taped to it saying it can't be used. I had noticed in reading the reviews that others had mentioned the broken dishwasher, as far back as April of 2025. Over a year ago! We did major cooking, (took my cookware...not enough there) and had to hand wash everything. Disappointing amenities!
