We enjoyed our stay in this very nice property. Very close to everything in walking distance. Beds were extremely comfortable(big plus). Property owner was very easy to reach and answered questions quickly. Will definitely stay again

The property was ok, clean and in a good location. Not much bigger than a hotel room tho. The bathroom is pretty small and the shower is tiny. Not much for seating, just a high top table with 4 chairs at the foot of the beds. If you are needing a place with a kitchen it would be great, other than having to haul everything up quite a few stairs. There is a sitting area and bar on the main level but that area has to be rented separately. We inquired about it prior to arriving and was told the info was available at check in, called and texted the number as soon as we arrived but never heard anything back. Beds were comfortable but not much for bedding, just a sheet and a thin quilt on each bed.

The loft was clean and the perfect location right off of Main Street. It was nice to have the large kitchen table. My only recommendation would be to add a full length mirror to allow for more than one person to get ready at the same time. We would definitely stay here again.

Great place, great stay!

Very close to Main Street, option to dine in with full kitchen plus bar options or walk to many different restaurants/bars/casinos. Great, great landing place!!

Nicely remodeled and great gathering area for small groups. Excellent location. We had about 20 and it was the perfect place.

Great location!

This is a great place to stay, right in the heart of downtown Deadwood. Walking distance to all the hot spots. Had several back and forth corespondents with the host and was always quick to respond. Would recommend to stay here.

Excellent Location

This is a great location, being right downtown and only a few steps from most of the bars/casinos/restaurants. Place was really clean. And the host was quick to respond to any questions. Highly recommend!

My husband and I stayed here for Kool Deadwood nights. Great location as we could walk out the door on to main street to hear all the bands. The only issue we had is that for this property, you have to park in the public garage, which is very close....but during Kool Deadwood nights PARKING IS A NIGHTMARE. You are able to park for 20 minutes to unload/load vehicle. I think any of the other 51 weeks of the year, parking wouldn't be an issue but Kool Deadwood nights city wide parking issue during this event is a nightmare. But this property is primo if you want to be in the middle of all the action!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: All the areas were very clean, and orderly when we arrived. The only major problem our group had with our stay is that out of the 6 tvs in the downstairs area, 1 had sound. One wouldn’t turn on at all, and the others had no instructions on how to get the sound to work. Overall good stay, good location in Deadwood.

Thanks for your feedback Ian! We're happy to see you guys had a great time! The TVs all have sounds that's controlled with the remotes, and there's also manual channel and volume remotes on the sides of each TV in case you want to control them that way. We would have been happy to stop by or talk you through how to do those. Thanks again for staying!

Reviewer Comments: We continually raved to each other about the fantastic location being close to everything that we wanted to be doing in Deadwood, close to Saloon 10 and others. Having said that, it did get noisy, especially at closing time 2am. Even with the A/C running people were annoyingly noisy right outside the windows as you are literally 2 doors off the main street. It was still the best place to rent for what we wanted and was nice to be able to drop in and take a break without having to go through the entire hotel and up and down elevators. Nice to have the kitchen too to eat snacks or leftovers. There was no remote for the TV so we were unable to use that and the A/C is just a side unit and it took a while to cool off but those were the only two downsides. Maybe doublecheck to see if everything is in working order before having someone come in.

The rental itself could use some help. 6 TV's downstairs with no instructions on how to use them or what remote goes with what and half of the remotes had dead batteries. Some instructions on how to utilize to the fullest would have been helpful. SOme privacy shades downstairs to pull down at night would also be a great addition and black out blinds upstairs would also be a great idea. It is loud, but that is the trade off for location? Bodega pumping until 2 AM and then trash trucks going at about 6 AM. Could be a great place with a few tweaks

Thanks for your feedback Samantha. We actually have all the TVs number, with all of the remotes having a number, so it's very easy to determine which TV, goes with which remote. If you had any questions, we would have been happy to walk you though those. Thanks again for staying.

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location was awesome. No curtains on the lower unit where there is a sleeper sofa and bypassers can look in is a no go. The parking spot was blocked by a trailer on one side of entry and a dumpster on the other side of entry (have pics) so had to use the “do not enter” to get to it after I finally found it. Cleanliness of floors, Keurig water filter, and other areas not as clean as could/should be. The tv’s are great but only #1 worked (above the shuffleboard table). Didn’t want to ask again. Thinking this place needs a woman’s touch to make it more “cozy”, private and clean etc. however, the location is awesome!

Thanks for your feedback Molly. We did provide you with a Google and Apple maps location link for the parking spot, and directions on how to get there through the ally. We also provide you with the directions to the public parking just 2 blocks away that's a large parking garage, since you mentioned you brought a very large vehicle with you on your trip. We did also check the property before your arrival, and it was very clean. We're sorry you thought that it wasn't. All the TVs work great, and there's a remote for each TV. We did also walk you through how to operate them via text message during your trip, and you mentioned you got them to work just fine. Thanks again for staying.

Reviewer Comments: Upon arrival the rental was super warm inside with no AC on. We tried to turn it on but it would not work. I called the owner and they said it just takes time to kick on. It never kicked on, we asked to send someone over to look at it or fix it and was ignored. Upon time of check out we cleaned and swept the entire place before leaving. 2 days after we left i get a charge on my credit card for and extra $500 dollars, on top of the $200 deposit. The property manager calls me a little while after that and said we broke some plexiglass, but has no idea how much it will cost. I have asked for invoices as proof but have not received anything. Apparently this place is name your own price without even a call ahead of time to discuss the situation.

Thanks for your feedback Alex. Upon your departure, we found multiple window plexiglass pieces broken and let you know that we would be charging your card for $500 to pay for the broken custom plexiglass windows on the front. We are still waiting for the full invoice of the plexiglass and installation from the damaged you caused to the property but it will likely exceed $500 already when you include installation. Your group left the property in such bad shape that my cleaners took 3 times longer to clean it after you. The AC also was working great during your stay as we stopped during your stay to check it and and it was on when you departed and we came in and inspected the property.

We had a great stay at Door 4! Great location right on the Main Street walking distance to everything! Lots of dishes in cabinets to use to cook for yourself, comfy beds and pillows. Very clean! Will stay again
